    I booked in September and requested a baby crib because I have twin babies. They confirmed, but suddenly, on the day of arrival, they did not have a free crib. I spoke with the hotel manager, and she was vulgar. She tries to scare me for their fault. Persons like her do not deserve to be in such a good hotel.

    Connected with shopping center and metro station!

    Poor breakfast with self service,no kettler, no safe in the room,no air condition just ventilation so it was cold,,no telephone in the room to contact the reception. TV did not work,but the staff was kind enough to give us another room.

    Receptionist was very rude , even spoke ill of us during an issue we had with our room card that they could not fix. They didn't know we spoke german and understood what she was saying.

    Metro station right outside the hotel. Clean spacious room. Great breakfast

    Breakfast did not meet our expectations. Not enough of fresh fruits. At 7 am many plates are empty. You eat what is left or wait the staff to refill, but it takes time. Bad breakfast experience both 2 days of our stay is the reason we will not stay at this hotel in the future We usually stayed at Novotel group hotels and breakfast was better.

    Location near U bahn. Quiet New, clean rooms. Coffee is good

    The elevator system was awful, with long wait times and felt disorganised with elevator not being able to be allocated at times.

    Great breakfast, great location with the metro station right outside - easy to get everywhere.

    Breakfast was terrible, poor quality and very less options. I would expect much more for this price.

    Staff was not very friendly in the restaurant, half the room was taken up by a huge diagonal column and it was very cold despite the heating being constantly on. The sink and the shower cabin opened directly from the entry hall, which is not really sanitary as you enter in your shoes.

    Breakfast was ok but could have been more diverse (e.g. there was no cake or pancakes) but what bothered me most was that the room was too warm, the bed very hard and the heater / ventilation system extremely loud which affected my sleep quality.

    The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and new, and the design of the hotel really nice. The hotel was also easy to find and is well connected to public transportation. It also felt quite safe. The elevator that some other people complained about on here worked fine for me. The check-in was slow due to internet issues but the staff tried their best.

    There wasn’t a kettle, tea or coffee in the room, and if I wanted hot water I had to go down to the bar and pay 3€ for a glass of hot water!!!! Also it was really noisy because the hotel is right above the metro station. Another problem was that if I wanted to enter the hotel after 8pm the door was closed (some technical issue) and I had to wait for someone to open it for me from the inside.

    There is no proper bar unfortunately where you can chill after a long day.

    No tea/coffee making faculties in room Heating controls were not easy to manage Attitude of the reception staff - very poor and quite rude. They were making disparaging comments about guests which was highly unprofessional and they didn;t seem to care if you could hear them or not!!!

    No enough staffs , reception only one staff , when you were try to ask for some help , they doesn't have time for you as he said he is busy , even you were there Q for 15 minutes ,Never see anywhere breakfast like this hotel 9am almost everything gone and only three staffs work as more then hundred people there for breakfast and charge 3 euro for a cup of hot water .

    Cold in the room. The elevator closes the doors too quickly. You cannot go directly with elevator to the room floor from parking garage (-3).

    No kettle in room , I can’t boil water and can’t enjoy hot drinks in my room especially in wintertime.

    Clean and cosy and the staff in restaurant are hardworking but the attitude towards guests were impolite.

    It runs a minimalistic concept. The bathroom is open to the room, thankfully the toilet is separate and has a door. There is no wardrobe (4 hangers behind a mirror, open on the sides) or sideboard or bedside table, no proper table or chair in the good sized room. No phone to reach reception or ask for services - guests have to go to reception in person if they need something. As explanation I was told that they run a low budget hotel, though the price is not very low compared to hotels in the vicinity. The room was overheated during of our stay in October and the temperature cannot be properly regulated except opening the window letting in fresh air and street noise. Hotel specialises on offering rooms with 2 beds and 2 bunkbeds for youngsters therefore many children, quite a bit of noise and mayhem at breakfast if you go early.

    Modern, good location. Metro just at the door. Big parking, but complicated to find and costs €25 per night. Good breakfast, many fast elevators. Nice design. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels, good shower. There is a kind of self service restaurant/bar at night, simple food but better than nothing.

    3 days without out internet. When we ask some staff members the answer was “ why we need internet we are on holiday “( that was of course true, but we were also working)

    Breakfast were without vegetables and fruits at all, but again it’s okay if you stay here for 1 or 2 nights

    The hotel is quite nice. Great location, very close to Schönbrunn Palace. The room’s furnishings was quite unusual, though not so bad. Feeling like you’re going somewhere by train. The receptionists were helpful. We didn’t like the breakfasts very much, there were without vegetables and fruits at all, though also quite proper. Overall impression: the hotel is not bad, though it has some drawbacks with which you could reconcile if you live here not for long, just for 1-2 nights.

    we stayed with our three-month-old baby for two nights. The first night was very cold, I informed the reception, they told me how to turn on the heater, but it didn't work in the room. After that we told to the reception staff that we would like to change rooms because it is not so good to put a baby to sleep in a room with 10 degrees... No help, apologies, intention for solving the problem from the staff there. Finally the staff managed to change rooms for the third time. The lady told us that she could not bring the baby crib to the new room because she was spending the night alone, but I was already so disappointed at that point that I could not be bothered. I have been traveling with my family for almost 10 years, but we have never had such a bad experience. We will def. not choose H2 Hotel again.

    Staff reception was rude, arrogant and not willing to cooperate. I was there also in July for 5 nights and the other person at the reception was exactly the opposite in manners!

    Breakfast pastries were not sufficient in variety and nor choice of bread. Reception staff was rude and never gave me a proper invoice- just a pre-invoice, claiming that the final invoice should be issued to me from booking.com. I wrote via booking.com about this and still waiting for a copy on my invoice.
