The neighborhood smelled of smoke/coal. The hotel is old and needs maintenance, but it was clean. However, I would like them to ask before entering the room every day and cleaning it, I do not like entering the room every day without being asked.

The location wasn't bad. The rooms were old but nice. Stuff was also nice. Reception was open 7/24. There was a wending machine and breakfast room as well.

The place is worn out and needs renovation. Loose broken window blinds hit the windows in the wind, making annoying sounds, shower head spits water around.

Old hotel, close to metro. Well furnished rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Kettle available to use in the kitchen.

Room was a great size, staff was nice, bathroom was a good size. Beds were comfy. Very convenient to get into town on either tram right out front or the ottakring u3 underground train.

All was good, but a kettle would do great, as most hotels normally provide this.

We stayed in the triple room. All was good. Great comfy hotel. Unfortunately breakfast was not included but I already knew this. Location is a bit far from the centre but it is well communicated. It takes about 20 mins by metro to the centre and it is about 10 mins walk to the metro station. Restaurants and shops are very nearby.

I would call it a standard hotel. We spent one night there before traveling to the airport and needed a bed and a bathroom. The hotel is kind of far away from the center, but there is a metro station within a 5-minute walking distance.

The hotel is not new, it is necessary a remodeling. The access between the bedroom and bathroom had a problem on the floor. After 5 days in the bedroom we had mold on the bathroom even keeping the windows opened. The shower was also broken spreading water everywhere.

Location is good, there's Public transport in front of the hotel that allow to reach main tourist areas in 25 minutes. Breakfast is good quality and price.

It would have been nice to have facilities to make drinks in the room (but at that price, not expected - and there was a machine in the lobby).

My single room was quite small but perfectly functional and bathroom was fine. Breakfast was nice. Hotel is right on tram and bus stop and short walk to U-Bahn.

The beds were uncomfortable for us, and it was a weak structured one, with very thin slats. We had to hope that it won't break under us. The bathroom's door couldn't be closed. For us as a couple its not a big deal, but it can be for others. The vent in the bathroom was very dusty.

The price for value was ok (at least in Austria), at this time of the year at Vienna I'm glad that I could find an accommondation at reasonable price and with a acceptable room. The receptcionist was kind, the room's size and equipment were good enogh. The hotel's location is really good also, with tram/bus/metro you can reach any tourist attractions you want (the Rathausplatz' Christmas Market is 10 tram stations from here). It was mostly clean.
