The staffs are friendly and supportive. Although the location is not close to city center, there are tram and subway nearby so it is easy to get to the city center.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, having a window facing the main street is pretty inconvenient if you are a light sleeper, you can be easily disturbed by the traffic.

The hotel is very close to public transport stations, shops and bakeries. The room was clean and large, the mattres on the bed was comfortable and the staff is very nice.

Really old furnishings :-) and set up. But we treated this as different experience to our usual hotel stays.

spacious rooms. This is an "experience" to us as this hotel is set in 1970s or something like it. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Closer to Metro, Tram, and shops. within 20 mins travel to main attractions.

My room 313 it was old but everything was clean, the staff was very kind, I didn't try breakfast, overall they stayed for this price is very good. I can recommend for everyone who doesn't need luxury but just a clean room with your basics.

WiFi lost connection sometimes

Location was good, public transportation (train,metro,tram and bus) was near and spot was pretty quiet. Also room was better than i expected. Staff was nice and helpful.

My room at least was really small - lucky I just had a backpack with me. Sat-TV did not properly work.

The Hadrigan is located somewhat outside the Center of Vienna. This is, however, no big issue as the final stop of the metro line U3 ("Ottakring") is only a 400m walk away (15 minutes to Stephansplatz) Staff was very attentive and helpful, room was immaculate. Right across the street there are two grocery stores and a pharmacy. Breakfast was between good and great: Not the biggest variety I have ever found but everything fresh.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

They never changed my towels over a 5 night stay. I left one on the ground like asked but 2 towels is enough. I don't really think a towel is a one use thing anyway. But yeah that was it.

Everything for the price was fair. Nothing was too far away and I had a nice basic place to sleep at night I'd say I'd go here again.

Bathroom could use a renovation. A few glasses for water would be nice.

Agreable value for money, good for one or two nights. Breakfast was nice with good variety, the room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Staff was nice. Good location, metro is a few minutes walk/1 bus stop.

Parking is difficult, and no evening grocery shop (but this is true for the whole of Vienna). The smell was a little strange. The bathroom was clean but a little minimal.

Breakfast was correct, a good start to the day. The area is OK, but we only came home to sleep. Parking is difficult, but there is a car park nearby where you could park for a day for about 4 euros (about 10 minutes on foot). The accommodation had a little strange smell, but the room was fine. Our rooms were quiet but faced inwards. The bathroom can be used for cleaning but you had to wait a long time for hot water. The room was big enough but we just went home to sleep. The accommodation is 10 minutes from the U3 metro, from where it is 15 minutes to Stephansplatz. This is fair. 24-hour reception. Good vending machine. Very good value for money.

The internet in the room is poor. The room has a strong smell. The bathroom is very small. The sink is too close to the toilet. Sometimes some water drops fall in the shower with a lot of noise while nobody showering. The noise woke me up during the night. After the cleaning service, some hair was left in the sink and on the toilet seat.

The hotel is close to public transport stops and a shop. The room is small and basic but it has everything needed. It would be good if there was a kettle. The bed was comfortable.

old building and old room, the hand soap was very bad quality, so i used the shower gel for hand wash. i expected a toothbrush and toothpaste in a 3-stars hotel
