Everything was fantastic, except... we would have loved to use the sauna mid day or earlier. We were told the sauna couldn't be turned on earlier, which seems a little silly. Of course it can be turned on earlier.

The breakfast is AWESOME, truly A+ healthy and yummy options. The sauna was great, the breakfast dining area is a beautiful place and clearly well kept, all the facilities are. And great value too.

Gym was a bit small, but in the mountains you're expected to exercise outside.

Stopped here during alpine road trip - nice spot just outside of Lienz with a great view over the town and surroundings. Room had a good balcony, restaurant and overall would happily stay again.

The view from our room with balcony was amazing. Breakfast had very much variety to offer, and the on-site restaurant came in handy in the evening. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the "natural" pool.

Alexandra made us feel so welcome and very accommodating. We will definitely return, breakfast on the terrace with mountain views surrounded by birds chirping, the natural pool was amazing. We gave 10 points to everything because it is true !

this type of facility should have uninterrupted internet, every 1 hour you have to spend 5 min to reconnect. Aldo, I don’t understand why they don’t serve food between lunch and dinner, at least snack, cake, sandwich???

The bed mattress was rather stiff and concave. I had a bit of trouble sleeping on it. Also, for non-european visitors: they had that uncomfortable and excessively large pillow size. Lastly, there was this drainage smell constantly coming from the bathroom.

They offered extra early breakfast for participants of a local sports event. My room was very quiet and had thick courtains, but also a great view. Every staff member I contacted was very friendly and extra helpful.

The restaurant menu consisted of I think, five different types of pizza. That was it. There was nothing else available. Very peculiar.

Astonishing location because of the astonishing views. Clean, comfortable with an outdoor natural swimming pool. lovely grounds. Nice staff.
