We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumMusic going on until 2am, very audible in the second floor rooms. Even when the place is empty music was loud. If you can’t sleep through music then don’t stay here. Room not cleaned even when requested after a few days, missed by the cleaners. Only small pillows provided.
Location fantastic. Really great and close to great restaurants and ski cable car.

GermanyThis is not a hotel for sleep. This is a night club with very very very loud disco music until late night, and it is not possible to sleep in the room because of loud bass and music. We complained to the manager many times and even call the police to come, but it does not work. We get sick because of lack sleeping and have to end our holiday early and leave the hotel. A big loss of money and holiday time. Not recommended to guests who want to sleep in the night, especially with children.

It would probably have been great if it hadn't been for the fact that the room (building?) is full of silver critters crawling around, including in the bed. Finally chose to sleep with the night light on, to keep them away. After they woke me up twice.
