Nothing negative - everyone liked it!!!!!

Breakfast was decent and tasty - all preferences in food in the morning were taken into account! The location of Harry's Home is just super! View from the window on the river, convenient location in the Millennium Tower building, near the metro station (Handelska) - you can directly get to / from the airport - line S7 or Rex7. Our family liked our stay in this Place very much - we will definitely choose this cozy hotel if we are in other cities or countries where there is Harry's Home!!!

The blinds could have been better, the design didn't allow for completely cutting out outside light.

Great location with several restaurants & stores within the building itself. The metro is located right next door, making commuting around the city a breeze. The rooms was quite spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very efficient; always smiling and joyful. A definite value for money

You can set air conditioning only by three degrees Celsius down than the temperature outside - on days when temperatures outside hits 34 degrees is quite hot in the room. But I understand this is needed to make us friendlier to our planet :) I missed the fridge in the room :(

Harry's home hotel is well placed hotel in the center of Vienna, few steps from amazing public transport from where you can get any directions of you tour. Room was super clean, bed comfy and personal one of the best I have ever met. I will come visit in the future, I'm sure. Btw: hotel's personal gived us room with look on the river for free 👍♥️

There is no possibility to open windows but it’s not the hotel fault.

First of all - many thanks to the hotel for room category update. Personal is helpful and pleasant. And it’s rather comfortable the hotel is in shopping center, there are also restaurants and cafe in it, parking.

The location - next to the river and inside a shopping center , the hotel is surrounded by quite of few restaurants and shops - very convenient! The interior design is very nice, the place is new and clean.

The most worrying thing outside of control of the hotel is that as of May there are many parties on the river side. And you hear them. In our case there was a private party and the basses were so strong that the air conditioning was vibrating. So check whether there are festivals at the time of your stay and ensure that you take quiet rooms. The breakfast is nice mainly because of the lady who puts a lot of effort. As quality and diversity, however, it is average at best. The hotel is situated in the Millenium Tower which is a shopping mall with many restaurants and coffee shops. Unless you stay over holidays as we did and when everything is closed (or Sundays), you will have a choice of breakfast also outside the hotel.

We liked the hotel very much and would recommend to anyone. The hotel is next to U6 and S-Bahn which bring you in no time to the Prater, to the center of the city and to Schoenbrunn (you need to change for anotehr U-Bahn line). The rooms are spacious and ours was with a view on the Donau, which was magnificant. The bathroom is also spacious with a bath tube. There was complementary water and a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. The beds were comfortable too.

I believe rooms are not sound protected, we heard almost half of the night that children probably next to our room just running and screaming, earplugs suggested!

It was very well located, we were visiting an event which was organized in the mall where the hotel is, so location was great. Plenty of restaurants nearby, nice and clean rooms, staff was excellent. Breakfast was supergood!

Too far from city center. No extra pillows or towels or blankets. Or Toilet Paper.

Great! All the shops inside were handy. The room was a decent size. Foldout couch was a bonus. Wifi was good.
