I felt very welcome by the hosts. They really care about you, are super friendly and give you spot-on recommendations on e.g. local hikes and restaurants. The place itself is really nice and feels a bit like home. Facilities are top. It is located walking distance from village centre and offers a great view of the great nature. I honestly and highly recommend this great place!!

We didn't find anything to dislike, everything was great.

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The hosts were amazing and treated us like family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Although the location was out of the town a little way, it suited us well as we prefer it quieter and the view was stunning.

Made to feel extremely welcome as soon as we met our hosts. They were kind, caring and well informed of the local area. Arranging a special discount on ski/ board hire prior to arrival at their home. They both welcomed our party with genuine hospitality and went out of their way to provide extra facilities to assist us during our stay. Including drying our ski wear and recommending local restaurants and alternative areas to visit to ski. Which was extremely generous and very welcome. We tried the extra ski area and were amazed at the resort. Had they not informed us we would have never known. I cannot thank Frank and Luisa enough and would definitely recommend to anyone and will also return to them again. Out of this world experience and service. Thank you very much.

The accommodation was neat and clean. It had a nice view. Good facilities available, including a room to dry your ski gear. Skiing was within walking distance and there were more nice ski areas nearby such as Flauchau(winkl) and Zauchenzee. Luisa received us very kindly. She had a chat with us every day and asked if we were having a good time. She even brought cake when we were still playing games in the evening. The dogs were very sweet. All in all we had a very pleasant stay!

Luisa and Franck were very welcoming and warm. they gave us good advice for visiting the region. The establishment is very well maintained in addition to being located in a magnificent village with some hikes around. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

The wifi speed wasn't great (~2 MBps), but I actually didn't mind, we didn't go there for the Wifi :-)

Luisa and Frank are one of the most warm, welcoming and helpful hosts I have ever met during one of my stays. They ensured the communication was clear even before we arrived. We received great recommendations for everything we asked for, from late breakfast to hiking trails and dinner restaurants. The place is amazing, with magnificent view towards the mountains and a super-comfy sitting area where we enjoyed our morning coffee.

Beautiful location with amazing views on the mountains. The bedroom is very beautiful in a cozy mood, the bathrom very clean. Moreover it's very convenient to go to the center of Filzmoos on foot. We received an exceptionally warm welcome, Louisa and her husband are of rare kindness and attention for their guests.

The hosts were very kind and flexible from the day of arrival. They suggested some very nice places to visit. The house and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the window was exceptional. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The room was very well equipped, we didn't expect to have even a fridge in the room. We liked to relax in the garden and enjoy the view of the mountains. The atmosphere was really warm and friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We loved our stay there. Louise is the best host I have ever met. She is very kind and brings a family vibe to the stay. She also helped us a lot to set ski lessons and also where to ski on the resort. The town is small but very charming. It has everything you need for a good ski trip. I will definitely come back.

Great location! Our room had a stunning view of the Bischofsmütze, a very comfortable bed and a lovely modern clean bathroom. Our hosts Frank and Luisa were superb…incredibly friendly and helpful!

The hospitality of Frank and Luisa is outstanding. They make you feel very welcome and appreciated. Also their contacts in and knowledge of the local community (restaurants, ski school etc.) is of great help. Furthermore the room was super clean and cosy. In the morning a delicious, rich breakfast was waiting. All in all definitely a place we would recommend!

Everything was perfect!

The location of the Haus Filzmoos is marvelous! From your window you can see the mountains, crystal-clear river or green meadows. The Hosts are warm and very positive people, making you feel like a long awaited guest.
