- The ski room is more of a place in the basement where you can put your skis and boots. Not easily accessible via the (slippery) spiral staircase and also just not enough space for our family of 4 to put on and take off your ski boots together. - The shared areas and the kitchen have a somewhat dated appearance, but everything works fine

- Excellent value for money (for Kitzbühel) - Location unbeatable: a few steps from the Hahnenkammbahn, train station, ski bus, ski rental upstairs and a few minutes to the center - The Schichtl family is extremely friendly and are immediately available if there is anything - The apartment is spacious, equipped with all amenities. - The beds were a bit soft, but we slept well on them. - The view of the parking lot, the railway line and the mountains is lively (if you leave the window open at night you will wake up in the morning, with the window closed it's no problem only a bit warmer).

I didnt Like that there was no soap for the shower but other than that everything was amazing!

I liked that the host was very nice and accommodating. I also really enjoyed the location which is just above a ski rental place and a 3 minute walk from a ski lift. Very great place

The balcony is above big car parking place and near the train station so adding to that there were construction works that all together was very noisy. But that was a small issue.

The location was fantastic for access to the town, train station and cable cars. The apartment was really comfortable and plenty of room for a group of four friends. Everything you need to self cater was there. Tina was amazing and went above and beyond with information about the local area. She would respond immediately to any texts. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay Winter or Summer. Thank you, Tina!

Going home!

Lovely apartment, beautifully clean and in an excellent location for the Hahnenkam and Kitzbühel town. We were in Austria for Mother's day and enjoyed a free cable car ride up the Kitzbühel Horn. Only a short stay but would love to come back again soon.

Nothing, it was great.

Fantastic location very close to the gondola and train station. Location could not be beaten. Tina was a very friendly host, accommodating, warm and with lots of good tips and information. Apartment was very comfortable for a family of four. Parking also super convenient and gave access to a number of ski hill parking in the area. We really enjoyed skiing Jochberg and Kitz Horn, way less crowded and easily accessed by car or ski bus.

Super clean place, with great bathrooms, and comfy beds. The kitchen is super equipped and clean. I really liked the design. The host was exceptional and very welcoming. The location of the apartment is excellent, a small walking distance from the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm train station and views of the famous skiing race course and a few steps away from the center of Kitzbühel.

The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

We loved this apartment so much we didn’t want to leave! Location is amazing. We will stay here every time we visit Kitzbuhel! The beds are super comfortable and it is beautifully decorated! We were 2 couples and we had plenty of room!
