Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThis was the perfect base to discover St Anton. Huge and very comfortable room with a balcony, modern bathroom and a sauna (which we always had to ourselves) just down the corridor. Simple but hearty breakfast with plenty of fresh bread. Excellent wifi. But the best thing about this family run hotel were the lovely staff!

IrelandNothing - all good
Wonderful stay at Haus Sattelblick - Rooms were superb, clean, quiet and just what we needed - short walk down the corridor to a lovely breakfast with soft boiled eggs delivered each day! The walk down hill to the Ski Lockers was no problem and in fact the walk back up the hill at the end of the day seemed to get shorter each day. Everyone was really friendly and we couldn't have asked for anything more - we had a great time!

IsraelThe hotel is a bit of a walk uphill, but it's definitely worth it. A minibar would have been nice.
The breakfast was great, and the service was warm and personal. The hotel supplies a locker storage for your ski equipment near the lifts, which is super helpful considering the hotel is uphill. The sauna room is a nice addition after a day of skiing.

United KingdomThe room was very hot at night so had to sleep with the window open, which resulted in noise in the morning. Pillows were very flat.
Great location. Very clean. Delicious healthy breakfast with eggs made to order. Lots of space to hang clothes. Gorgeous mountain view, bathroom really modern and nice. Excellent value for money and super friendly team. We'll be back!

Friendly staff. Parking right in front of the hotel. Ski passes ready for us upon arrival. Ski and (heated) boot storage right next to the lifts included. Clean rooms. South facing balcony. Good beds. Good breakfast. Short walk downhill to the lifts/town center- a bit of a climb back, but there’s a free bus (if you have a ski pass) every 20 minutes in the day time.

United KingdomIt wasn't a problem for us (and not a negative in fact I welcomed the walk!) but there is a short hill back up to the accommodation so less mobile people would need transport.
The accommodation was really nice with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Stephanie and the team were very welcoming and kind.

NetherlandsWhat you should realize is that it is a walk uphill about 700m from the Galzigbahn. At the end of the day you have to walk uphill on a pretty steep slope to get to the hotel. (It is about at the same height uphill as the Mooserwirt). The hotel offers free lockers to keep your ski's and boots at the shop near the Galzigbahn so you don't have to bring them with you every day, although you can, there is a skiraum also in the hotel. There is also a bus stop close to the hotel.
Clean and modern rooms, good beds, decent breakfast with fresh made capuccino or whatever you like, various types of bread, egg etc. Free parking in front of hotel. Very good and hot shower. Nice balcony, looking out on the Rendlbahn area. Nothing to complain about.

Very helpful and willing owners and especially Stephanie that carried out our request regarding breakfast options. The spa area do not offer many opportunities but it is peaceful and very clean. Also the rooms are large and clean too. The location is close to the center. Also, the ability to store your skis in a town's center ski shop is very important!

United KingdomNothing for us, it was excellent. It's a walk uphill back from town which might not suit some.
Modern, comfortable and very clean room, very friendly staff. Breakfast offered a good range of options and the relaxation area was a nice extra. Approximately 10 mins walk into town and the main lift, but there were places to eat closer than this. We asked for a couple of extras (kettle, pillows etc) and Stephanie was more than happy to oblige. We loved it!
