The hotel was lovely. Mountain view from the bedroom, helpful staff, good food (breakfast and dinner) and nice spa/gym facilities. Great location.

Just one suggestion. It would be perfect if the pool would be a bit warmer. We were almost a bit cold there after staying in for 10+ minutes. It looks like others are commenting on that too so maybe something to consider?

Wonderful hotel! A lot of restaurants within walking distance, ski lifts too. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I will be missing the omellettes they make, one of the best I’ve had. It was really nice to end our day in the sauna and the infinity pool after a long day in the slopes. Can’t forget to mention the restaurant and the bar at the hotel itself. Really good food and drinks and everyone really friendly.

Thought the basin arrangement in the room was awkward as not in front of a mirror. Didn't particularly like the open wardrobe but that was just preference.

The location is perfect - smack in the middle and close to everything! Perfect for MTB, trail running and hiking in all of the Hinterglemm area: trails and lifts are only 5-10 min. walk away (and nice Supermarket just across the street) Only 10 min. bike ride down to the Saalbach MTB area and Sallbach city. We had a really nice, big and clean apartment with the most spectacular panoramic view of the mountains from the large balcony. Nice facilities for MTB's (e.g. locker room/bike parking and cleaning station etc.) - that's a plus and also easy parking, even with a big car. A great treat is the wellness area, nice little pool, a great sauna and a nice sun terrasse - all with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains. Food at the the restaurant is great and really helpful staff who even helped sending some bike parts back to Denmark for us afterwards. Last but not least really nice, cosy and stylish interior design all over and super clean! We will definitely come back :-)

I find the bed a bit narrow for two people, but that was only a slight inconvenience. There was dust below the bed, otherwise the room was very clean.

The room was cold and didn't have room for a standing shower. Wonky metal night stands. The armchair contained trash from the prior guests in the folds.

Soundproof of the room is very bad. The room doors seems made from cardboard and therefore audibility everything happens outside like inside your room.

The room was advertised as having air-conditioning which is why we specifically rented it however there was none available in the room - there was a heatwave of 41+ degrees and the room had underfloor heating on! We couldn't keep the windows open either as insects would get in so we had a hard time sleeping on a hot bed with quilts.

Breakfast was great and with an amazing view! The restaurant is also really good. It is also in a great location and has really good facilities for storing your bicycle and washing it if it gets muddy.
