Nice and cozy apartment with simply equiped kitchen. In my opinion, the space was even too big and the price quite high. I would appreciate smaller and cheaper option. Everything was good tho and the distance to the ski resort is walkable.

Beds are way too soft to be comfortable, there were no possibilities to hang several wet clothes after skiing.

There was sometimes a lot of noise coming in from the corridor/staircase. Thicker doors might help. Day curtains also would be nice as there were only blackout curtains.

Close to train station and to the slopes. Friendly and flexible staff. Clean and comfortable. Has ski equipment storage where you can even storage your luggage.

The kitchen stuff was a bit dirty- the pan was very oily, not washed at all.

The apartment was very big with everything you need. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. The staff was very heplful and responded really quickly when we needed their help.

There was no hot water in the building/shower. Also there was no kettle in the room. After rising my comments on whatsapp i've been offered complimentary breakfast, but when i confirmed - there was no reply how to get it. Also support claimed, kettle will be delivered - I had to ask reception lady to get by myself, despite promises given by support. There was no hot water in the shower during whole stay. Also room with 5 beds is equipped with very small table, not possible to fit 5 persons during the meal.

The flat has not been renovated yet. Some of apartments on the pictures were renovated so that confused us a little.

Booking sent to hotel different specification of room, then I booked. (without kitchen) The apatrment could have broom and shovel for cleaning

Receptionist was able to give us good apartment as booking sent incorrect specification. The apartment was big enough for two adult and two children (4 and 7). Good breakfast. Close to Shuleck ski resort, but with kids is neccesary to go by car. Parking in hotel and also in ski resort is for free.

Pillows were rather uncomfortable, resulting in restless night and neckpain. Insufficient light in a bathroom. Little equipment in the kitchenette and only one blunt knife in the kitchenette. Outdated room decor.

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski in Stuhleck. Property has great location to access chairlifts even by foot and wearing ski-boots (8-10 min walk). Property has specious ski room, but would benefit from drying racks for ski boots and other equipment. Apartment we stayed in had great view of the resort, was very spacious. Kitchenette was useful but should contain more cutlery, pots or plates.

The room is poor, the beds are basic, not comfortable for watching TV or read a book. Into the rooms was only one chair, but we were 2 persons.

The hotel is located in a very good position. It is close to the slopes.

The place is magical. The nature, the village, the sights and the aromas in the air brought me back to the memories of my childhood. Our room was very spacious and cozy. Excellent service in the restaurant, very pleasant, helpful and kind staff. Cappuccino in the restaurant was so lovely! The breakfast and dinner was tasty and plenty. Eastern decoration on the table was so nice and there was joyful background music during the meals. Staff speak Hungarian or English. Bus stop is right beside the hotel.

In the 5 days we were there, the room was not cleaned once. Not a deal-breaker, but still… The dinner menu for guests with halfboard is much smaller than the regular menu. It‘s ok for 2-3 dinners, but then you get a little tired of the same dishes. Again: not a deal-breaker, but still…

Very friendly personnel, modern and well equipped apartment (1. floor), within walking distance to the ski lift. The food was very good, breakfast buffet was diverse. Temperature in the room was very pleasant, no food smell from the kitchen downstairs.

The sofa was broken in our apartment. Thus, the kids were not to comfortable to sleep. the kitchen was brand new but missed some kitchenware (which was not a big deal really). We had no hairdryer in the room and I had to borrow it from the neighbours.

it’s a newly refurbished property. We loved the bed and the kitchen. It was all fresh and nice. the location is perfect, very central. there is a good restaurant int he hotel - literally almost the only one open mid week. The local food is 👍🏻
