We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Convenient location, but there is no restaurant, so you need to go to either nearby shopping center or to the city. There is a small parking lot for extra fee.

Czech RepublicIt was cheap and it was visible, a lot of things were older (but clean), breakfast was below average. Yeah, it was cheap, but I knew it and it was Ook for one night.
It was cheap, for 80E for 2 persons per night its great. Nothing romantic, but perfect place to stay just for sleep, nothing more.

SerbiaThere was no heating it was cold we got sick(December). No extra blankets. Breakfast was very bad cereal, Nutella, cheese, salami, bread. Nothing to chose from. Rooms are decent for the price.
Price is fair for quality. About 1.5km to metro station not far. We parked on the street it’s free on weekends. Neighborhood is quiet didn’t saw one person in the street in front of the hotel. Girl at the reception was helpful. To the city center you have to use 2 metros u6 and u3. It’s not far, wouldnt make much of the difference if we stayed in hotel closer to the city center.

United KingdomWe tried to stay an extra night and found that when we enquired, at the requested time, the price had risen by 50 Euros. If we had asked it could have been a misunderstanding on our part but the request was made by our Austrian friend so there was no language problem. No explanation was given for the sudden difference in price.
The room was comfortable and clean and serviced each day. It was a good basic hotel convenient for our stay.
