Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaRoom (we booked a “Loggia room and paid extra) was very small and the shower and toilet were unusual for sharing a sliding door. Beds were uncomfortable. It was not the “luxury room” as described. We were disappointed.
Fantastic location right next to the railway station and above the central underground tram stop. From here you can take a tram or bus to all the major attractions.

AustraliaThe unique toilet/shower door operation.1 sliding door that either can be be closed for the toilet and open for the shower or vice versa.. To get up from the toilet you basically have to slide open the toilet door risk headbutting the door when standing up. I don't know if it is a common design problem to every room or just in the room we had ie #202
Location to train station.literally walk out the station exit to Europlatz turn right and there it is 200m.away. Shower is a good size and plenty of hot water pressure.

AustriaAs I mentioned above, the buliding seems to be old an not very thoroughly soundproof. Toilet/shower-door is weird. Some traces uf usage on the walls. All other things were totally fine.
Nice Hotel next to the main railway station, one can walk to city centre via Annenstrasse in 25 minutes or take the tram. It's more like a boutique hotel and some parts are coming of age, although the allover design is special but timeless. But that's also a little bit qirky, wich is fine. Bathroom is a shower cabin with a huge window to the bedroom, wich can be covered with a blind if you're not into watching people shower. Only thing that's weird is the shower/toilet-door, wich is a sliding door, so the toilet is not very soundproof, as is the whole hotel.

CroatiaA bit complicated parking, we booked in advance but reception guy fist was not able to find our reservation and and final found it and ask me to remark to garage. Considering the tiredness after long drive it was not a pleasant experience. Rooms are pretty small, but completely fine for one night. We don’t really like a sedition with WC and shower, as you close one part the other stays open
Location is great as well as check out time till 12 😊

TaiwanI stayed at the 1st floor this time, and I could hear the train noise. However, it’s not that loud actually.
The location is great. It’s so convenient to hop on the tram nearby while taking a city walk to the old town is also a good option.

Czech RepublicWhen we arrived, we were told that the hotel parking is full and we have to park on the street, which is paid. The room was too hot, the heating didnt respond to manual adjustment, so we had to have window open, which was noisy.
The hotel is very well situated in the city. We were borrowed a cot for free.

The breakfasts are noteworthy : a wide selection of heathy options. I find the bedrooms comfortable for a short stay. The location is ideal for the Hauptbahnhof and the tram service into the city centre.

United KingdomThey were unable to provide dinner on the night we were there as the restaurant had to close at short notice The window between the shower and the room is a strange feature, especially if you are not sharing with your partner, but another member of the family or friend :)
Great location if you are using the train, lovely rooms and an overall great hotel for the price. Also, not far from the centre of Graz if you want to visit

New ZealandThere was no electric jug or fridge in the room, although the staff allowed me to keep some things in their fridge at reception, and they happily supplied and filled a cup with hot water over my own tea leaves. There was a sliding door for the bathroom that meant either the shower could be enclosed, or the toilet, but not both at the same time... again, not a problem for me as a solo traveler. Overall these are minor dislikes and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, for a short stay.
Fantastic location, right next to the main train and bus terminals, so easy frequent transport around Graz, and only 4 stops on the tram to the old town centre. Accommodating staff went out of their way to help. Lovely shower albiet there was a glass wall which made you visible to the room, which wasn't a problem for me as a solo traveler. Super quiet even though it's right beside the trains and a busy road...I didn't hear a thing!

United KingdomThe toilet was separate from the sink/shower and you had to walk all the way round the bed in order to wash your hands - the toilet room was large enough for a sink but didn’t have one.
Great location, 100m from the train station and tram. Modern room, amazing shower. Breakfast looked great although we didn’t have any as we had to leave for a bus.

DenmarkI could definitely use an air conditioner in July. The bathroom and the toilet should be separated by a screen to avoid the toilet paper getting wet while showering.
It is located near the train station, the room was clean, the bed was biig and comfortable. I had an amazing view of the city and the surrounding area from the sixth floor.
