Dinner was 60 euros for 5 course which was fine if we needed 5 courses but we don’t eat that much so we had to go out every night to get something for a more affordable say .. 30/40 euros. Bit frustrating if you know what I mean.

Location, location! Next door to the train station (quiet), main lift, hire shop, could ski home to door at end of day. We didn’t really see the town apart from few short strolls (v close) as lovely to just stay at hotel. So easy getting train to Innsbruck airport. Breakfast was good, asking for coffee better than machine. Dinner was excellent quality but we never made it through all the courses! Wellness area good for short relax post slopes.

Very clean hotel and the staff members are super friendly and helpful! The location was great, just by the main cable car going up the mountain. The breakfast was good and the restaurant dishes exceptional.

As I mentioned in my previous comments I would like Kaiserhoff to change mats in the gym room: current ones are just awful. Another comment is about price level. Although quality of stay is excellent, current level of pricing makes think about different options for next ski season.

This was 3rd time we stayed at Kaiserhoff and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We like everything: location, comfort of stay, service and food. All was great!

Either make swimwear optional in the wellness area or have separate male/female saunas and steamrooms. I don't want to have to share either with naked men.

We stayed half board and for us the 5 course meals were a bit too heavy/ rich for every night - even though all the food was great. If you’re staying a week I would recommend maybe don’t book the half board and just book a couple of nights in the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for the slopes and just a 5 mins walk down to the centre of Kitzbuhel. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great - wonderful choice at breakfast and great evening meals. The New Years Eve gala dinner and party was great fun. The wellness centre and pool is also very nice and wasn’t too busy. The ski and boot room is exceptionally good with plenty of space.

Parking is a bit small and tight. Would like to see some slight updates in the fitness room.

Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

Reception staff’s strong accent was difficult to understand even though their English vocabulary was perfect.

Our stay was enjoyable overall, but what truly elevated our experience were the exceptional staff in the restaurant. Fruzsina and Evangelos, in particular, provided outstanding service.
