The view from the windows could have been better. We were expecting something closer to the woodland.

Breakfast was very good and had a good choice of continental style foods. Room was very clean and quiet. The train in to the centre of Vienna was very close by and cheap (2.20 Euro single) and the reception staff gave us a map and marked on the best places to visit in the centre. The car park was free to use but with no reserved places.

There is always something we don't like, but its all about whats bad for others is fine for us so don't really have anything bad to add. Maybe just a lack of English tv channels.

Very nice family run hotel. The hotel is a clasic Austrian historic building with quality decor. The location to local transport to get to the city was minutes away with free parking facility makes this place a very good spot to discover the city. The host Ingrid, was very helpful and professional and accommodating.

I agree with other comments that state that the internet connection has room for improvement.

The staff is very, very kind. The hotel is right next to the underground/train station, so you have direct access to Vienna city centre. It's a 15 minutes ride. The breakfast is very good. Probably not attractive for those who prefer an English breakfast, but still, everything is fresh, and there is a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruits. The rooms are very clean.

The property itself it’s so peaceful and calming, nice bright rooms, close to the metro station (2 min distance) which takes you to the city center. Breakfast was very good, free parking available which is a big plus; the staff was very nice and helpful, gave us lots of indications and advices on how to plan our itinerary throughout our stay.

What I enjoyed the most were the proximity of the metro station and a great breakfast. Besides, the room was well isolated from the noises of the street, and the staff was very helpful.

Traditional hotel in nice area. Everything very clean and fresh and comfortable. Great breakfast. Lovely welcome to this family run hotel and the staff could not be nicer. It's location at the end of U4 line is extremely convenient and gives good value in Vienna alongside easy movement through all the sights of the city. It's 17 mins to Karlsplatz beside the Opera house and 8e for 24 hr travel ticket, less for longer. Great hotel if you want to avoid high cost of central Vienna.

Quite far from the center. One afternoon I was in the room and someone tried to open the door with a key. When I opened the door, one of the cleaners ran to the end of the hall and apologized. I didn't understand why she wanted to enter the room and why she didn't knock on the door. It was really weird. I hope she didn't want to steal something...
