Quiet room, clean.

Breakfast selection was decent, but inconsistent day-to-day. The good was that the staff happily provided some special request items we asked for that were not on the buffet. Room size was quite small for an "apartment." HVAC did not provide the set temperature and room got a bit stuffy when the system automatically turned off during the night. Couldn't open windows to compensate due to noise on the street outside. Common areas have been renovated, but the building shows its age in the stairways, elevators, and halls. All areas were clean though.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Sauna area was surprisingly nice for a city hotel (3 different saunas with modern fixtures and aesthetics, cold plunge tub, showers, relax room (although relax room ambience could be improved). Rooms were clean and modern in most ways, with a small modular kitchen area. Two waters and beers provided free each day in the mini bar.

It's on a busy street, but there is good double glazing.

I liked the fact that a small kitchette was included in the room, with sink, fridge, hob and kettle. I also liked the Konditorei (patisserie) which was part of the hotel. And I don't like using Air B'N'Bs, so this is ideal for me.

Very difficult to find as within grounds of a park which had bollards at either end. Was hard to communicate with staff as they didn't speak good english so spent an hour just trying to get into the hotel grounds. Great view though once we were there. Couldn't have dinner so had to walk into town which was quite a trek and steep coming back. Was through a park though so surroundings were nice.

The two story room could have used a door for privacy between the two sleeping areas.

We loved the location and proximity to public transportation. The clean modern design of the renovated rooms is just our style. The shower was one of the best we’ve had - better than hotels we’ve paid two and three times more for. The lobby is lovely for meeting friends and the staff was kind and helpful.

Thoughtless neighbors who left their dog to bark in their room across from us. Not the fault of the hotel.

Close to transportation. You can take the tram number 38 and leaves you in the center of the city. Thee rooms are spacious, very clean and the staff is friendly.

We choose this hotel for the size of the room, because we are family with two little kids. Also there is a little kitchen which is very helpful for some small cooking for the kids. The location is a great plus for our needs and there is everything what we need in a very good proximity to the hotel.

The hotel is very old. They declare the parking option but didn't inform that there will be no available parking in the garage (not in the description, not in the message from the hotel). Upon arrival they just informed about no parking and didn't even excuse for sending wrong information. I had a very unpleasant conversation upon arrival at the reception. Issue with the safe box the staff couldn't resolve - they don't know how to operate with their facilities.

The location is great if you want to stay in Vienna outside the touristic place.

The rooms are comfortable and convenient, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel and it is easy to travel to the center. We are satisfied with our stay.
