There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The room was light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the hotel was very clean. The staff on reception were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back.

The breakfast was not at all upto the mark. The staff were not attentive and not eager to fill up the items if it was empty.

The location is excellent with walking distance to some attractions and also very closely connected by metros.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Johann Strauss. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent hotel in Vienna.

It's not that I didn't like it, but in my opinion, it could be improved. Please see my comment about the Wi-Fi above.

Everything was amazing! It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and equipped with everything one could need for an amazing stay in Vienna! 🎵 Not to mention the location—the hotel is situated in one of the best districts of Vienna, District #4 (Wieden). Wieden is a residential area, yet only 10 minutes away from Karlsplatz, the Wien Museum, the Opera, Sacher Bel Etage, and more. Just around the corner from the hotel, you'll find grocery stores (Billa, Spar, Hoffer, Hellenic Market), amazing coffee houses, restaurants, bakeries, and more. The only thing I wish could be improved is the Wi-Fi. I wouldn't mind paying an extra fee for a more stable connection, and perhaps an added layer of security with individual log-ins. Other than that, it's a 10 out of 10 from me! :)

There was really nothing I would take exception with.

The location is absolutely perfect, as was the concierge who was brimming with very helpful suggestions. Heard absolutely no noise even though our room had a balcony overlooking the street.

The breakfast was very basic and the quality medium, cheap cheese, sausage, juices. Close to no variety over 3 days. The breakfast room also would need a make over. Paint coming down the walls. Overall a make-over would do well.

The room was big, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but good. The bathroom offered sufficient space and the room was arranged daily. Staff was overall friendly and helpful. The location is great to get around.

The WiFi wasn’t amazing but not a big deal.

The location is perfect and is just one stop to the central train station. The room felt spacious compared to other European hotels and it was super clean! The staff were very kind and I was even able to check in early! It’s a good location and doesn’t take long to get to the city centre. I’ll definitely be back!

The Wi-Fi barely worked for me in my room on the sixth floor, that was very frustrating to deal with as I paid for a room with Wi-Fi. The breakfast wasn’t worth 20 euros to me- the scrambled eggs and the boiled eggs were over cooked and the ham products looked industrial. The lighting in the bathroom was very unflattering.

The location was excellent. The furniture and wood floors were very pretty. The pillows were very comfortable. The room didn’t get too hot at night. The hotel as a whole was very attractive and clean.
