There is no private parking for the hotel + there is only 1 slow elevator which makes it a little bit inconvenient And the price for the rooms is actually very high we expected the hotel to be bigger

The location is good its walking distance to a lot of restaurants, cafes & attractions

The reception is a little understated but was well attended and they were very helpful.

Very central location, easy access to the museum quarter and the metro at the end of the road. The metro was very easy to use, simple to buy tickets at the station. The Spar near the Hotel was a revelation, fresh fruit / yoghurt pots, juice, pastries and savouries. Breakfast in the Hotel was a little expensive and this was a better option for us. Nice bar across the road and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I asked for quiet room There are no quiet rooms apparently in my category so I had to pay up to get a quiet room in order to have a proper night sleep and be fresh for the conference I came to attend!

My room was to the road side and It was too loyd outside to open the windows during the night. The room was quite hot due to the heating which could not be lowered in the room

Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean and very welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant on site with a delicious breakfast each day with plenty of options. Our server even remembered our coffee order on the second morning.

No parking even for drop of. But there is close underground parking 5 min walking.

Very clean and spacieuse. New and modern style. All the Staff very kind, friendly and supportive. Location is in the middle of both vibrant streets in which all shops and restaurant at your hand.

I can't think of a single thing, honesty!

A real jewel in the Museum Quarter, in which I have had hands down the best sleep of my adult life. The rooms are so quiet, even despite the great location. There are shops, means of transportation, museums, bars, and really great restaurants, and food bars. The hotel hosts the Salt&Honey Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, which is an absolute delight - they have the best pancakes in the world, and so are their home-made gnocchi nit fleisch, and their breakfast dishes. And the staff is absolutely lovely, smiling, caring, and helpful. Both the reception and the restaurant staff will go out of their way to assist and make you smile and they are also very good at what they do, as they recommended my new favourite red wine and a couple of fantastic places around the city. Will come back every time I am in Vienna! I was travelling alone, I felt sick and needed help and from reception they did not hesitate to help by going to a store for me, and letting me rest before my next flight. I loved Vienna and the hotel so much, that I prolonged my stay with 3 days. This is really the place to be if you like feeling taken care of and pampered. What I loved about it: - very quiet, comfortable beds - clean - rooms with a terrace - rooms with a bathtub - fitness on the roof (open air) - great restaurant downstairs - Mediterranean - roomservice - fantastic location - Museum Quarter - very friendly, helpful and cute staff - both reception and restaurant

I thought €25 for a buffet breakfast was expensive so I went a la carte. First day was great, second day not so good. Great bread basket though. I always like a pot of coffee rather than one cup. Did my own thing for next 3 mornings. I found my room very hot and couldn't control the temperature. Slept with the window partially open which led to traffic noise. But this was a minor complaint. Most people probably prefer hot rooms when it's -1C outside!

Very friendly hotel. As a single traveller it was nice to get a big room with a huge bed rather than the usual tiny cupboard! Lovely reception staff, always with a smile. Great to have the sauna on the roof which I used every day. The hotel is in a great location, next to the Museum Quarter and close to some of the major sights and the bustling market. Only a short walk into the old city. I would happily go back

A few things, first we payed for bed and breakfast, the first 2 mornings was not buffet because they told us there were only a few guests in the hotel, and the last day there was a buffet, the difference was huge!! I don't think that I have to be "punished" the 2 first breakfasts because of the reason I gave you that a staff member gave to us! Secondly, in the room, the person who cleaned the room didn't replace certain items when they were finished (body lotion, small cotton for cleaning face)

The room was wonderful, the location was splendid, also want to give a compliment to one of the staff members, the girl who received us the first day was very kind and professional, don't remember her name, the girl who did us the check out was very cold.
