Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was construction work everyday (also on Saturday) starting at 7am. The hotel never warned about this. The rooms are not soundproof at all, so one couldn't sleep. Breakfast was very simple and the area for this is so small that I had to wait 15 minute queues.
Staff was very friendly. The hotel is walking distance (15m) from Messe Wien Exhibition Center.

There is a bit noise from the construction near the hotel. Make sure to ask for the other side so it doesn't wake you up at 6 AM
The service was very good. The reception ladies were very kind and helped with evrything I needed. The room is small, but good for few nights. Breakfast was really tastey

Building works starting at 6.30 am. Drilling, machinery, hammering on metal, could not keep window open on a hot summer's day. Hotel should have provided warning construction was taking place when I booked. You pay to have quiet but having to listen to this noise is totally unacceptable.
Have stayed here before as it is well placed near the Congress centre.

"The room at the accommodation was disappointing. I requested a room with two separate beds because I was traveling with an acquaintance. The shower was a cubicle separated from the open-plan bedroom with a transparent divider, which created an absurd situation when traveling with friends – one of us showered while the other walked around to avoid seeing more of each other than we wanted. The toilet was separated by a swinging door without ventilation, and it was possible to see underneath it. Not very pleasant. The 'view' was of a construction site, which was neither beautiful nor quiet with the window open. The room itself had a rather dormitory-like atmosphere and was ugly."
The bed and the room size was ok. The room was okayish in cleaniness. The location is good id you focus on concerts :)

Characterless, nothing ‘homely’ about it, felt like I was in some kind of Scandinavian institution.

no wardrobe or shelves for the clothes
The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the underground station, 3-4 stations to the city center, room is quite spacy and simple, the breakfast was super, parking space is on the streets for free at the weekend the staff was very kind

The bed in the hotel is very hard and uncomfortable, we had to request more pillows and even still they were very thin and not comfortable. Overall it would be fine for 2-3 night stay but longer than this is not ideal
The location of the hotel is good and very easy to get around from this base. The staff were nice and helpful.

The location was a bit far away the city center. However, you can take the subway in 5-10 minutes walk distance. The room was an ordinary Ibis room. I mean clean and enough.

Relatively poor breakfast
The hotel is located close to two metro stations (one of which has a connection to the airport). The room space was adequate, the room I was in was quiet.

There was cockroach in the room. The toilet in one room was leaking, it's not soundproof and you don't have any personal space. The shower cabin is in the room. Daily the maids left 2 towels in a room for three and on the last day none. They showed a rude attitude towards the children and their belongings. We found that we are missing coins.

We found the free standing hand wash basin in the room rather than nearer to the toilet and shower, somewhat unusual. This did not cause a problem but made the wash basin more difficult to use.
Staff were really helpful, room was clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was adequate, It's a budget franchise but everything was as standard and expected. We would stay again!

Basic, but perfectly adequate. Just what you expect from an Ibis Budget hotel and perfectly adequate for our needs. Simple, practical, no frills but had everything we needed. Staff were helpful. We arrived before the designated check-in time, so no rooms were available as cleaning was still in progress, but the staff out were happy to let us leave our bags and come back later. However, as we were doing so one of the cleaning team appeared with a list of rooms that had just been finished cleaning. So we managed to complete check-in and leave our luggage in our room.

The televisors are in bad localization because you can hear the sound of the close room, and the hotel has so much noise, especially due to the doors of the toilet sit Recommend put a kind of shock absorber.
The localization is very good, and the price is quite fine. The cleanness is good, especially bed and bathing clothes. The personnel of the reception is also fine.

Tables at breakfast could have been cleaned between guests, all surfaces around the buffet were cleaned regularly. Hair dryer could have been more powerful but not really an issue. Take your own shampoo and conditioner as only body wash available.
Great hotel for the money. Yes budget but your not in the room for long. Reception staff exceptional, breakfast really good, rooms yes budget but very clean. All we needed for our stay. Hair dryer was available at a 20 euro deposit. I would recommend this hotel
