I have stayed in hotels Ibis many times, but I have never seen anything like this before. The room is all plastic as if you are on a train. Everything is a terrible kind a plastic, so cheap. The bed is not very clean, neither are the towels. There is no hairdryer in the room, you need a deposit for it.

The toilet light would switch on every now and then during the night The car parking cost is 22 euros per day (expensive) which is right behind the hotel, so had to use the P and R facility which costed 15 euros for 4 days.

The location was very close to the city center The staffs were very friendly and understanding The room was cozy and comfy for people who wander during the day and rest during the night The underground train station is just 200m or 500m either ways from hotel

Someone broke into our bedroom WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP between the 30th and the 31st of December. They took my wife's wallet and a little bit of money that was close to the door. Someone found the wallet later and brought it to the reception. All the documents and cards were there, but no money. I went there to ask for any footage, but there were no cameras in the hotel and the receptionist told me I should close the door during the night (Don't tell me) I came to the reception again later and I was asked to write in a paper what happened that they would bring it to the manager. No one ever contacted me. I was in the 3rd floor. My friends in the 4th told us someone opened their door during the night, but they were awake and the intruders promptly closed the door. That is not a safe place. They can't guarantee any security to the guests. They have no surveillance. The following night we barely slept. We placed everything that could make noise in front of the door and we took turns monitoring it. I always stay in Ibis hotels in Europe and it never happened to me.

The lift in reception was very temperamental and with a toddler and two children this added time on unnecessarily. The staff weren't over friendly about it either which was off putting.

Some items usual hotels have are not provided in room but may be available if requested, such as hair blowdryer, hand towel, facial tissue, garbage can in WC. Pillow is very thin.

Clean and minimalistic design, pleasant and accommodating staff. Able to leave baggage after check out. Kind of in the middle of 2 train stations. Praterstern have Billa where you can buy grocery food and where we took our train going to Prague.

Ιt has only the necessary basics, not even a place to leave your things. Τhe toilet is very uncomfortable, small, and does not provide privacy at all. The bathroom is transparent, and after a few minutes of bathing there was no hot water.

The room needs a bit of ventilation, I had to keep the window open especially when one of us used the bathroom. The pillows are also a bit too flat to rest your head on. I had to bend it to sleep well.

Its location is perfect, not too far from Praterstern and Vorgartenstraße underground making it perfect for travelling. Prater is very close to the hotel as well, just a matter of a few minutes walking. The staff of the hotel is really nice and they do speak English well. During our stay in Vienna we noticed that a lot of people do not speak English but at the hotel the staff is really nice especially the reception. The room says the name, a budget hotel so make sure you feel comfortable with a shower in the middle of the room. The toilet is separated with a partition and a door which makes it a bit more private. Breakfast was excellent, although it is always the same variety, there is a basket with loads of different bread to choose from. The coffee machine is excellent, the latte macchiato and cappuccino were really good.

Upon our initial entry, the room wasn't as clean as expected, with a swab discovered under the bed. However, in the following days, the daily cleaning service ensured that our room was immaculately maintained.

The staff was exceptionally friendly; they even packed our breakfast on our last day due to an early flight. The room was remarkably comfortable, offering sound isolation from both outside and neighboring rooms. While breakfast was satisfactory, there's room for improvement, especially in providing a larger toaster for the bread. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the city center.

Uncomfortable beds, horrid aesthetic. The room felt like a hospital ward and was marginally different from what was shown on previews. The pillows are akin to slices of cheese and the piece of paper that covered the bed is not even close to being labeled a duvet. The shower changes temperature constantly and the hairdyer is locked between a cash deposit with no ATM in sight. The television didnt work with both the given remote as well as every remote control app available. The room offers two plug sockets only. Woke up in pain every morning.
