It is good if the hotel provides fresh fruit for breakfast.

Superb hotel with nice decoration, directly overlooking Prater Park and is close to the city center. There is two metro stop in very close proximity to the hotel. The hotel is also close to Prater Station with a train connection to Vienna Airport. The room was not so big, but clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and with very good choices to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for Vienna city breaks, especially for family travelers. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Honestly nothing- was perfect for a weekend break

Individual room for a shower would have been nice, front door had issues shutting and bathroom door unfortunately wasn't soundproof. Also maybe the breakfast could end slightly later.

I liked the variety of buttons at the headboard. I liked that there was a hair dryer on deposit and working well. I liked the colour scheme and also the location to airport/centre of town and U-Bahn stop.

Cold water in the shower, poor water pressure. Towels were smelly. Housekeeping kept knocking at the door every morning at 9:45 even though we didn’t put the sign on the door and had to shout for him not to come in few times. Somethings I have never seen- the shower and sink were in the middle of the room instead of being in a bathroom meaning no privacy in the room when taking a shower (cold shower).

Total lack of furniture. A dubious plastic kind of stool, so sitting was possible only on the bed, no storage space except the window sill. Hot water practically only very late in the evening. Had to activate entry cards after one or two uses. Pillows about 2-3 centimeters thick. Very minimalistic breakfast (but passable).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Explained that obtaining hot water just requires patience, just let it flow and in an hour or two a shower will become possible. And fixed the cards to open the door, which only worked a couple of times than quit. Reasonably quiet in the room.

Half the time, had to take cold showers because the water heating system was not efficient enough to accommodate all rooms (i.e. reason given by staff).

I was far from happy to get a room right across and next to partying teenagers. My smile was not really honest in the morning as they woke us at midnight and kept having a great time next to our room until 2/3 a.m. I wished to rest at the hotel and was far from happy to leave more tired than i arrived.

I liked the minimalism of the room, it served the purpose though showering in the room felt interesting

Excellent location, walkable metro station, very good train connectivity from airport to Prater followed by comfortable walk, excellent breakfast. Very near to VIC as well as city centre. Quiet place away from hustle bustle of a busy place.
