Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The heating is quite strong - we had to open the window once or twice because of the heat hahah
The staff was incredibly helpful and cordial :) The hotel is syrategically near the Prater and the Vorgartenstraße metro station so it was very easy to take the UBahn and to move around the city

The check out time is noon. But at 10 am and 11.15 am, the housekeeping staff knocked at the door to know if I am still there. He did not tell me anything but knocking twice at the door before noon was annoying.

Shower and toilet afforded very little privacy but that didn’t impact on us, might be awkward for a group of friends!
Location was excellent, very close to train and subway stations. Staff were helpful and we got an early check in without even having to ask. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Really good value for money.

The hotel was a disappointment. They initially double charged the breakfast, which was basic. There was not any wardrobe, any fridge or any spot to place our luggage. There were 2 towels for 2 people. We had to use the same for hands, head and body. The worst was the bathroom. There is not any bathroom actually. The shower and the washbasin are in the bedroom, between the entrace and the bed. The toilet was in something which looks like a room. The door does not lock and there is a gap below. This means no privacy at all.
The staff is lovely and the location is good. Quiet neighborhood between 2 metro stations. The room size was satisfied.

I backpacked and stay at two smaller, cheaper & local hotels before my stay here and the Ibis was the most underwhelming. It provided the basics: 2 beds, shower and toilet so can’t complain there. We did get the wrong room as I booked two doubles but didn't complain as we only had 3 nights. Big negative: our rooms shower was not private at all! Only a separate room for the toliet not the shower. Very strange layout for a 2 bedroom?
Very close to the U & S Bahn to get into the city and a big terminal that can take you straight to & from airport. Very clean hotel and room service everyday provided. Recommend only for 2-3 day travellers.

I actually experienced no issue. I would choose it again for my coming visits to Vienna.

The shower realy could be separated by a plaster wall at least😅 Breakfast was cold and options extremely limited (I'we been to Ibis budget hotels before and this one is extra basic). There could be an extra table of two in the dining room and there should be a way to wipe the table after the previous user. There was only one cover on the double bed.
The room is clean and spacious, if a bit spartan. Walls a bit thin.

The price. This is too expensive. The mattress was too much stiff. I was waking over the night, because of stiff mattress.
Clean, quiet over the night. The room was facing inside court. On the outter side (main road) it might have been louder. Interior design is simple, but nice. Clean, fresh towels, warm water.

It would be nice if a small kettle and coffee/tea is provided even at an added cost. Definitely need some more hangers for clothes. If you are staying longer than 3 days you might get bored of having the same breakfast as there is only 2-3 options like bread, serial and fruits.
Room was clean and had sufficient space for one person (Do not recommend it for more than one). Location is very good. Easy accesses to public transport such as subway and bus. Many coffee shops, restaurants, grocery shops around. Breakfast buffet was also considerably good being a budget hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.
