Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location, very close to the Messe area and the river, but also with very good connection with city center (U1 right on front). All staff is very kind, professional and friendly.

The lack of bathroom.. there is no wall in the shower area.. and the door that separates the toilet from the rest of the room is as thin as a rake with no ventilation.
It was in a nice location with an underground station within a short walking distance. The room was clean and spacious.

Small shower in the room, the door did not close tightly, the water does not pass well. There is no lock in the bathroom to close. The washbasin in the middle of the room was uncomfortable. There are no wardrobes and bedside tables for clothes, only a few hangers. One pouffe for 3 people. No hair dryer. I would like to have everything to make tea (kettle, tea/coffee).
Good location, 20 minutes from the airport by S7, metro, cafe. Clean, good breakfast, 24 hour check in

The door to the toilet had gaps which meant that it did not provide a lot of soundproofing. We did not get our toilet paper refilled so we had to ask for more in the reception.
The location was pretty good, only 11 mins away from the centre by metro. The staff were very pleasant. Overall, it is good value for money compared with other hotels in the area. The hotel was also pretty quiet.

It took me some time to figure out where the hotel actually is. It could be more obvious with some signage close by, at least at the corners of the building itself. Room had a sticky floor in some places.
Great value for money. Situated in the center, everything is easily accessible. Very nice breakfast included. Parking in the garage. Staff were very nice and polite.

The shower cabin was in the room and the toilet was just like a small stall in the corner.. really weird, no privacy and uncomfortable.
The breakfast was decent and location good. The bed was comfortable.

Bathrooms are small. And no shelves for keeping the clothes in the room.
Very close to the metro station Vorgartenstraße. The staff was very kind and helpful. You can find everything you need for a budget hotel.

Walls are thin so that with excited next-door neighbors earplugs are recommendable, some matrasses have already dents of former visitors, but with these large beds you may find a comfortable spot still
Rooms contain all essential things needed (towels, soap, shower - no hair dryer, though), especially good for short stays in the city, and rooms are very spacious

The room could be equipped better, at least hook for towels near the shower would make sense, permanent hair dryer in the room (currently you can get it from reception for deposit) as well as usb sockets near the bed for charging devices. Also issues with hot water shall be fixed, shower cabin door shall be fixed (doesn't close properly).
Hotel is well located, close to metro station, convenient communication to main visit places. Room was clean, breakfast even better than in many budget class hotels, staff very friendly and helpful.
