Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom are small and no almirah for keeping the clothes in room.
The property is reasonably priced as name suggest. Location is great, easy access to public transit. People at reception are really helpful and warm.

Nothing tht i dont like with this rate i paid.
Simple and nice hotel for 2 to 3 nights stay. Walking distant to the amusement park. The reception is very friendly and helpful. No cups in the room but we got 2 paper cups at the reception.

There is a glass shower in the room, leaving no privacy. When one of us showered, the others had to wait in the hall. Why does a family hotel have glass shower stalls? The bathroom door doesn't have a close handle inside. You just trust gravity that it will close. The light is motion activated and goes dark very quickly, not good for kids.
The check in staff were kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipt.

The bathing area was in the room separated by a glass sheet. Would have been better if the toilet and bathing area would have been together.
Delicious breakfast. Nice location, was connected to important city locations (Stephenzaplaza, VIC) by metro. Nice helpful staff and value for money.

I know it's a budget hotel, but a shower in the bedroom with no wall (just frosted glass) is just weird and uncomfortable. Hairdryer was 20 euros deposit from the front desk
Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned beautifully everyday. Breakfast was good enough and plentiful if you were early enough. Location was excellent

The breakfast area is too small for the amount of guests. We had to return to our rooms several times because all the seats were occupied and the line was huge. Also, the shower is in the middle of the room with just a small part of the glass matted. So if you're not travelling with someone you're comfortable getting naked around, it's very awkward.
Very good location, near the subway that is very convenient for sightseeing. Parking is also nice. 10m by foot from Praterstern where you have different fast foods.

Breakfast was ok but not with many choices. Cleaning service was changing towels everyday (wasn't necessary) but the floor wasn't cleaned everyday. The day I had to check out the room cleaning service was knocking the door from 09:00.
Despite the weird sink in the middle of the room I thought it was finally very interesting. People in the reception desk were really helpful and kind, convenient location just 2steps from metro station. Not far from the city center and very close to the Weiner Prater.

A bit cramped. A lock on the toilet door would had been helpfull, no chance for privacy, considering the fact that the room has a capacity of 3. The total sense that it was more expensive than it ofered, but all in all it is a good hotel for a city break with friendly staff that eases your visit.

The room and furnishing was very basic, The toilet light doesn't have a switch, just a sensor that doesn't work well, and the door doesn't lock. The WiFi was poor.
The price was fair. The mattress and pillow were comfortable.
