nice hotel in a great location for sightseeing in Graz. About twenty minutes on foot or two stops by tram. Good hotel for a short stay with the family, excellent macchiato. Mrs. Samira at the reception is helpful and very kind.

Booked a king bed and got two separate beds (got them toghether so problem solved) AC pretty noisy but ok if kept at minimum Electrical plugs mounted horizontal on table do not appear very safe

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. It lasts till 10, we came at 9, but there was very little food left, and not replenished. Bakery was cold like just taken out from the fridge. I would expect warm buns, not freezed:)

There was only one set of towels in the room, and we had to get to the reception for the second set. Also, just one small blanket that was'n fit for two people.

by arranging everything last minute, we had no towels in 1 room and there was still quite a bit of dirt in the trash.

we had booked 2 rooms through booking, upon arrival we were told that everything was full! manager eventually managed to arrange for two other rooms to be prepared for us. furthermore they compensated us with the parking and breakfast. that was just great!

Upon arrival, I found the garbage cans in the room full. They immediately changed my room to a clean one.

The AC wasn’t working because the windows must be closed before the AC can be operated. But no one explained this to us at check-in and there was no sign in the room for this. So we had to sleep in a hot room overnight:(

Just 4-5 free parking spots, which are always full.! The paid option is around 15€/day. It would have been better if it was known earlier.

Air conditioning doesn't work and it was warm. We asked on the front desk for help and they said that we have to close the window to start air conditioning. We said that we already did it, but they couldn't help us further.

Nice room, clean and quite, air-conditioned, but air conditioning doesn't work. The kid liked sofa bed. Garage option, breakfast option, bus station nearby, 5-10 minutes to the city centre by bus. Supermarket is near the hotel, friendly service.

Parking - from the first sight there are only Billa parking and green zone, but there are 5 spaces in front of entrance which were rented by small company nearby and now just municipal and temporary free. Staff is very helpful.

In my opinion, the parking is expensive- for instance , we needed only 1 night, from 7pm until 8 AM, this could've been free as there was so much space.

There is ongoing construction. It’s a bit of a nuisance but mornings and evening unnoticeable.

The breakfast was okay, a bit sparse, but all hotels these days seem to be that way.

Guy at the reception totally useless. 25 Min to give us the keys of a room, just to find out the room was not ready for guests. No sheets no towels.... Back to reception to ask a new room, he said:"what can I do about it. I don't know how to do it" another 20 min. Ps. At all the time the manager was sit on the bar drinking beer with friends.

The toilet and the shower was not cleaned well, if done at all. I needed to clean the toilet seatlet myself, as there were lots of stains... The same for the shower. Hair everywhere... The room did not have a fridge. No water, or anything... I was disappointed a bit.

I had stayed there before, it was better the previous times. It is close to the University campus, so just a 10-min walk to get there, and a 20-min walk to the center. It was quiet, and the temperature of the room was warm enough, made it a comfortable stay.

Their housekeeping is not good. There was no toilet paper when I arrived and the toilet seat was visibly dirty (see pictures). I took the extra pillow and comforter out of the cabinet. Neither had a cover and were dirty (hairs and stains). The parking is expensive considering they have plenty of space and it's far from the city center. The water was shut off for several hours in the middle of the day for maintenance. This was planned but they didn't inform me until I checked in.

There is a supermarket in the building which is very convenient.
