We didn't have a refrigerator. The bathroom door didn't close all the way.

The staff were very polite. The air-conditioner worked very well (the weather was extremely hot). The room was big and we had a balcony which was also very nice. Tram and metro stops are very close to the hotel.

On Day 1, the AC kept switching on and off on its own and with soaring temperatures, my jetlagged kids and I were quite uncomfortable. It worked fine the next 2 days.

The staff are welcoming, extremely helpful, and very friendly. The breakfast was lovely and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well serviced and the location is also perfect (it is very well connected by public transport). We loved everything about this hotel.

As we were travelling with 15 year old daughter, there was no privacy in the toilet and shower.

Underground garage is too small to fit all guest cars. Good that there is a huge parking lot couple minutes away from the hotel

For family that is a very good choice of room. We’ve stayed with 2 kids and had enough space for all of us. Great view from the balcony.

Everything was great

This was a great place to stay. The room was a good size and very clean. The 'open plan' nature of the bathroom might be a bit weird if you were needing total bathroom privacy but it was fine for us. The staff were really helpful and the WiFi was very strong. There was a free tea and coffee machine downstairs which was amazing. I had breakfast one morning and it was an extremely good range and quality of items. The location was great, a bit of a journey into the main town but the public transport is excellent.

I was surprised that there was no small refrigerator with cold drinks. It would have made experience complete.

Staff is really friendly. Complimentary coffe, tea and water in the lobby create 'like a home' atmosphere. Bed is very comfortable and room super clean.

The hotel is on a quote noisy street and some windows faces the tram or the external part of the u-bahn so keeping the window open at night is not an option. Also the breakfast doesn’t include many vegan options.

The room view was amazing, room clean and with all the space needed. The position is not too central but few meters from the u-bahn stop.

Coffee 😣 Coffee and tea is available all day long till 10 p.m, however the coffee taste was bot good at all, roasted beans were a waaay too much roasted and it was bitter.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly, welcoming and supportive.

The room was small and compact. Toilet, while having its separate "unit", was actually quite open. If privacy is important, it isn't the best solution.

We've been in many hotels in Vienna, and Ibis provided the best solution by far for darkening the room with shades that actually worked! The bed AND pillows were comfy. Air conditioning worked well. Super clean! We didn't eat breakfast, but will definitely try it next visit as it looked great.

It was my second time in Vienna and second time in Ibis Styles. As usual , amazing staff and perfect room conditions. This will remain my go to hotel when I come to Vienna and the biggest reason for this is the lovely always welcoming lovely and smiling staff!!!

Depending on the floor level, it can be pretty noisy - better get a room at the top floor.

The hotel is far away from the city centre. It is long to go to the centre on foot .
