The staff was very friendly and offered to help with everything. The lobby was decorated very nicely and the offered coffee and tea there. There was also a vending machine which was very helpful for late night snacks

The location. Though not in the centre, every location is easily reached due to 2min walking distance to Nußdorf metro station. Very good breakfast. Great attraction for kids- watching pancakes being made by a “robot”. Free coffee, tea…always available in the lobby. Perfect, caring staff. Special thanks to Steve who made our stay exceptional despite of some inconveniences.

There is not fridge in our room. This is the sole remark.

Good location to reach the city center and all places of interest, even to go for a walk out of the city and enjoy the great view from the hills over Danube river. Very clean and creative hotel for young people. Perfect and not noisy. The feeling is as you are among friends. Very kind and helpful staff every day of our six days stay. The Ibis Styles Wien City hotel will be our firm choice for all future visits in the city.

The tissue box had only 2 tissues inside when we arrived, however because it was late when we arrived we did not contact Reception to have it replaced. It was replaced the next morning. There is only a narrow space to move around the bed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room in the shower. The hotel is well situated close to public transportation. The hotel is in good shape after 10 years of business.

the room was on 1st floor and noices from outside sometimes could be heard. I did not like the toilet and shower how were designed due to glass door and open spaces when you take family room, it might be need some little privacy

Our room was a little bit narrow.

The staff was very polite and there was someone at the reception 24/7 ready to help. Although the hotel isn't inside the historical centre of Vienna, the location was great since there was a tram station and a metro station nearby and it took only 15min to get to the city centre. The room was super clean. Don't miss out on breakfast!

Checkout is 12pm, but last day at 11:35 cleaning lady just knocked the door and directly entered to the room while my husband was in the toilet. It was embarassing for him.

We loved our stay in this hotel! It's a little bit far from the center, but very well communicated by tram and metro and you really can get fast to the main attractions. Even hotel is next to the busy road, the windows are soundproof and we could rest very well. The room was very cosy with nice design. And reception staff warm and nice. The best thing, in the lobby they had free drinks like tea, coffee, hot chocolate that you can enjoy during the day.

The electric socket was broken and has not been fixed despite our request from the reception. On the day of departure we were got a call to our room telephone from the reception asking us to leave the room, two minutes after check out time. I believe this is a bit rude.
