Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our room was from the side of the rail and it was a bit noisy due to the passing trains.

Very friendly staff. The room was nice, we liked the size and the bed was very comfortable. Also on the last day it was my birthday and they offered us free drinks, which was super nice

The lovation was a little far from the center but nothing to complain about. The area felt a bit unsafe at night, but nothing actually happened to enforce rhat feeling just a general vibe
It was a small room, but for a great price, but it didn't feel small at all, it was pretty, thoughtfully laid out, and comfortable beyond belief, would definitely recommend, amazing value for money

The hotel is in a very busy area. It could be possible to look into the room from the train outside.

There is a step into the bathroom, which was easy to trip on.
The breakfast was adequate and the juice was especially delicious. The crispiness of the fresh Vienesse water was wonderful and staff were friendly.

The room is clean but a bit dusty because of the carpet and that it says not to ppen windows.
Great breakfast, new and comfortable facilties. Fantastic and eco friendly shower gel!!! Perfect lightening too.

Booking.com should make it clear what's included and not included in the price. for instance, parking cost was not included in the price and it appeared the price is with breakfast ( breakfast included) that was misleading. This is why we had to pay an extra for both the parking and for the breakfast
room size and design was very nice we loved the roof terrace, free coffee in the lobby is great.

Nothing - everything was most satisfactory.
The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. Young, enthusiastic receptionists and a manager clearly on top of his job. Advice on where to eat, how to get around, etc was most useful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. The chinese restaurant just around the corner produced one of the tastiest meals in a long time, I think the name was Glam.

A english TV channel would be a nice touch and a small fridge.
This is a very qaint hotel. Great and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice beds and linen.

It was a bit uncomfortable the fact that shower was separated with the toilet and not in a room together.
I loved breakfast, the staff and the joyful environment. It was a great stay and i would definitely choose it again

Most of the time the room got cleaned very well, however on 2 out of 6 nights, I was not too satisfied with the service (fresh towels were dirty and some cleaning utilities were left in the room).
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and also the rooms were very nice.
