Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The entrance into the garage is pretty hard to handle. Not proper for bigger cars that a vw polo. Take care.

We didn't have a wardrobe or a safe, and we only had one pair of slippers for both of us. But the staff were really nice and helpful.
We liked that the room was warm, bright and spacious.

I had to attend some online meetings. Unfortunately the chair in the room was tiny.

We only had breakfast on our last morning, but it was excellent and definitely worth the price. There was a great selection of both hot and cold dishes, as well as coffees, juices, and teas. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the city (we were on the 7th floor). Subway, tram, and bus connections were all conveniently located within a comfortable walking distance of the accommodation. Pet-friendly! :-)

when we arrived, (not an issue) but they don’t even asked our passports, or id’s etc. room is spotless, lights are okay, and its soundproof rooms! breakfast is great. they have everthing you need from croissants to vegestables! coffee is great.

The Wi-Fi link was a bit unreliable and the fact that an iron was available was not advertised in the room .
The breakfast was excellent and the ladies who ran the dining area efficient, helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient with good access by tram or on foot to the old city centre. The area is somewhat dubious with ‘red light’ premises close by, but we did not feel unsafe walking to the hotel at night. Our room was good value and comfortable and the facilities adequate and clean. The room was serviced efficiently when we wanted it. The staff were polite and helpful.

I was travelling alone, but I could see two travellers that are embarrassed to see each other naked while taking a shower could be a problem (clear shower door). Also would be nice to have a coffee maker for a quick morning coffee.
Simple clean basic but pretty design of the room. Plenty of electric outlets around the room. Good location, easy to get to the airport (S7 train).

Only one minus was very loud air-condition.
The breakfast was very nice, selection of food was good from cake to eggs etc. so everybody can find option for self. Very good coffee! Room was small but clean and nicely decorated. Location perfect -short distance to train station and metro and tram.

Would have liked having kettle in room for ease but understand not a lot of room to put one as rooms are not huge. Water coffee etc was available in main bar/reception.
Breakfast was fantastic very varied and very good value. Location only 15min walk from St Stephen’s cathedral. Hotel was very clean and the staff helped with any questions.

The room was a great size for a solo traveller and the bed was large and comfortable. Shower was great and cleanliness was also good. I didn't get breakfast but the option is there if you wish, personally it seemed a bit expensive for the choice offered, but I can also see why it is a good option for convenience.

Just 2 (small)point: 1. the cleaning lady came in the room twice, early in the morning, without understanding someone was still sleeping. 2. They forgot to recharge shower soap, but it was too late to inform the receptionist. Maybe, attention to details should be appreciated in the future.
Great position: you can both reach easily the hotel form the airport, as the city center because you are 5min walking from the main train station, two metro lines (U1 and U2) and bus station. As all Ibis hotel rooms, they are quite small but organized and clean.
