Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The fact the bathroom is more of an area than a room in itself (no door) can be somewhat awkward
Clean and modern stay, adequately sized rooms. Breakfast was amazing, many options and an adequate price.

No tea and coffee making facilities in room
We came for the Christmas Markets. Great location. Tram stop 2 minutes away and metro station 5 mins away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Paulo. Good breakfast and clean comfortable room.

Shower with no closing door/division and separated from the toilet, it seems to be a norm in austria, from other rooms i looked at on Booking. A good ventilation and extraction of steam made it not an issue.
Very clean and quiet place. There was no backgroud noise on the street. Breakfast was not included. It was 14 euros per person a day but with good variety. No restaurant, only for breakfast and tables to see and have a coffee or tea during the day. But very pleasant and comfortable space. 30 minutes walking distance from the centre, however easily doable if the weather helps. Uber, it's always a good option to come back to the hotel when the cold and the snow make the walk an unwanted task. The room was clean and warm, not very spacious, but enough for 2 persons. A good choice. I would definitely book it again.

Better directions to the property would be great. Perhaps a mini fridge and coffee station also.
The location was good for transport,once we found our way. The messe prater is confusing. We had a very hard time finding it because of the confusion in names. We ended up walking around, literally lost. We went into a police station, who called us a taxi. Once we knew where we were transport links were good. We we also thankful that we could store our suitcase and then comeback when checkin was open. Rooms are small, but clean, modern. Beds were comfortable, both mattress and pillows.

For type of this Hotel you can't be demand more facilities but I have two suggestion: one is fridge, second one is for my perspective very important. Safe case must be in room, because there is a some items maybe note always want to be carry ( money, passport, jewel, or even some paper )
Location is good depends of visit area one of station is near hotel for 1 region you need walk but near the river is also very good. We just one time use bar, atmosphere is good. You can be relax and drink something. Stuff are general ok for this kind of rating Hotel. But I wanna special thanks Mario for his kind attitude. Rooms are quite ok. Beds are very suitable to rest .

Noise isolation. I Could hear my neighbours talks.
Very curios thing was that breakfast in Weekend was nicer than the other days of week :D. Overall good breakfast. Clean and cozy rooms. Was a pleasant stay.

Not so easy to get there - high traffic in the city. The garage - use it if you have small car and average skills of driving. If you are the steering wheel master - not matter of car dimension you will park there! Check it by yourself!
Very good loction if you need to see at the evening the city center.

Can’t fault anything - the room although not large was big enough to accommodate us comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There are dining options close by and the hotel itself was within walking distance to the city sights if you’re reasonably active. Staff were happy to assist when needed.
