The room was spacious and clean with all facilities available to use. The breakfast was great and the friendly staff keeping stock always full. The hotel location is excellent as just by crossing the road will lead to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Rail Station). The Belvedere palaces and gardens are around 7 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is easy to reach by public transportation as situated just across the Central train station. The check-in and check-out are easy and quick. I was staying just over night as i was traveling to other part of Austria the next day and it was really comfortable and relaxing.

The sheets felt pretty close to burlap potato bags. We got unlucky with fluorescent light shining into the small window. BYOTP because the toilet paper was as cheap and harsh as possible.

The price for what you get was more than fair. The location is excellent if you want to park, take transportation by rail, or go shopping; dog parks are nearby. I liked that there was free coffee and water downstairs, but I just happened to have found that out, it would have been nice to know the day before. Upon check-in, I was given, as requested, a room higher up. They were friendly. It just seemed to take longer than it should have. Having stayed at other hotels near this and similar, this would fall in my top two for budget, but worth it, overnight stays in the area.

The hotel is located in a quiet corner next to the station, close to Belvedere palace. The room was modern, spacious, clean and with a cool view over the station. Also, the staff at the reception was always friendly.

This hotel was in a convenient location for us, and with Vienna's great public transport system it was easy to get everywhere we wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we heard very little noise from the street below and the railway station. They are quite small, but perfectly adequate for a few nights. The beds were comfortable.

We truly could not find any aspect of our stay or the hotel to criticize. Everything exceeded our expectations, leaving no room for negative feedback.

Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire Ibis team, especially the reception staff. They were exceptionally polite, helpful, and solution-oriented throughout our stay. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated directly opposite the main train station, allowing easy access to the city center within 5-10 minutes by a single mode of transportation. We specifically chose Ibis for our stay, and upon reflection, we are delighted with our decision. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we can recommend it highly enough. It was quite basic but perfectly serviceable. I would usually stay in a more luxurious hotel but it was fine for a night and the location was very convenient for getting onto a train.
