Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The window arrangement? After checking-in our room in a higher floor, we noticed that the window in our room was slightly open (maybe to get air inside?), so we just closed it. The next day, after coming back to the hotel after a whole day of going to various tourist spots, we found our room cleaned but the window slight open again. We had to close it again because it was very cold. The same thing happened the next day, so maybe it was hotel policy? (Note: If so, this would be strange since this would be my third Eurotrip for the past 5 years and this did not happen in other hotels in other European countries where I've been to.)
I loved that it's strategically located, just across the street from the entrance to the Main Terminal Station for the metro. This was very beneficial since we also used the Vienna City Card where we had unlimited rides in the public transportation plus free/discounted entry to various tourist places. This coupled with Google maps, we were able to go to a lot of tourist sites. Some other tourist spots are also within walking distance from the hotel, like the Belvedere. I also loved their breakfast spread. Lots of variety - sausage and other meats, egg, breads, fruits and beverages. What I especially love is their do-it-yourself waffle maker. It was quite delicious.

There was nothing really. Maybe small towels in addition to the big ones would have been nice.
Nice welcome at the desk. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and everything there worked well. The elevators worked well as well. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered anything we liked. For us the close location to Vienna's central station is very conveniant. If you like to explore a little: The Belvedere with its garden is within walking distance. Wifi and TV worked well.

Very much a budget hotel. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only two towels. Very geared to male travellers.

It would be better to have electric kettle in the room so that guests can at least boil water and drink hot water/tea/coffee.
The location is perfect for this hotel as its extremely close from railway station. The room was neat & tidy. The staff was also very friendly.

The beds were kind of old and not too comfortable, plus our first room was not entirely clean and the shower handle came off. I also disliked that they provided only one towel per person.
The location was perfect for exploring the city! And the staff were really great, e.g. when our shower handle malfunctioned they immediately gave us a new room next door.

It would have been nice if it had the usual facilities like a kettle, or a fridge.
Really close to Hauptbahnhof, easy to manage and my kid loved looking out the window to watch the trains come and go. The staff was really nice and it is easy to communicate with them via the website. We submitted a request on the website and they took care of it in minutes. Big 👍for having a double sized mattress not two small one!

Ibis hotels have everything you need - it’s clean, you get a good bed to sleep on and a friendly staff. When we go abroad and there’s Ibis, we always stay jn Ibis.

There was no clothes rack by the door. It was moved to the back of the room, it means that you had to put your raincoat, to the unusual place, near by window. There are at least two hotels in this building. Do not mix them up, when you go out of your room. Very easy to find yourself in the hotel Novotel and to get back to your hotel, you need to step outside and enter from the right door.
Room was mordern, everything was in a way I expected and exceeded the xpectation, as I do not have very good feelings about Ibiz hotels. Very ofther they have very tiny rooms. This room,on the other hand was normal size. Also bed was also very comfortable.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. Right near the railway station but hardly heard any noise. Lots of food places and shopping nearby at the station and very easy access to all public transport to get to the city centre.

The housekeepers knocked my doors more than once in the morning before I checked out. It would be nice if they can know what rooms are not checkout yet. I was afraid that they might enter my room directly if I didn't hear the sound when I was in the bathroom.
The staffs are friendly. Good communication in English. I got early check-in and the check-out time is 12:00, so I had enough time to run the city in the morning and get back to take a shower. They also helped keep my luggage after checkout. The location is great. The room is clean and comfortable and its size is bigger than I thought.
