The location of the hotel itself is very excellent. It is in the immediate vicinity of Mariahilfer Strasse, which is mainly a pedestrian street with many shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also close to the Westbahnhof subway and the IKEA Einrichtungshaus Wien Westbahnhof. Schönbrunn Castle can be reached from the hotel by subway, tram or on foot (2.5 km in about half an hour).

Austria1. The room was disappointingly small for its price, measuring around 15 square meters or possibly less. 2. The absence of a coffee/tea maker in the room was surprising, especially considering that even less expensive hotels often provide these amenities as standard. 3. The lack of ironing facilities was inconvenient, as I needed to iron a shirt during my stay. 4. The room rate was high for a two-night stay. Although this may be partly due to it being December, it still felt excessively expensive. 5. Admittedly, we might be somewhat spoiled by modern standards, but it's these small details that significantly enhance the overall experience and are more important than one might think.

The staff is exceptionally accommodating, striving to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. 3. The breakfast is satisfactory; while not outstanding, it is certainly not the worst, and is reasonable for the price.

GeorgiaThe hotel has the best location near Westbahnof station if you want to use Subway and tram (direct bus line VAL 1 from the airport), Mariahilfer - shopping street in Vienna. Hotel has very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We got the room on the 6th floor and the view was just fantastic. Definitely, will book a hotel if I am in Vienna. P.S schnitzel was just WOW!

FinlandBreakfast was not of a very great quality, neither in selection or the freshness of products on display. The hotel is kinf of worn out, and needs an update.
Bed was comfortable and the view from the room over Vienna was great. The room on the side of the boulevard was noisy – this did not bother me as I sleep well even in noisier rooms, but someone else might prefer a quiet room on the back.

IndonesiaOur room couldn’t lock properly so we need to extremely careful when we went out our room. The bed was not the best either for our backs, woke up feeling a bit aching. Again about the doorlock, sometimes the card can’t be read by the door. Maybe they need to inspect some of the door units.
The location is close to station and shopping district. It also has bus stop and vehicle stop which is convenient.
