Serbiathe furniture in the rooms is a bit old but it’s okay.
The breakfast is excellent and diverse, rooms are clean and cozy and the view from the rooms on higher floors are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and nice. Location is great for all activities and surely i would come here again.

Location was great. Easy access to shopping malls, city centre and public transportation. The Hop-on/Hop-off bus picks tourists right at the hotel door. Excellent to navigate around town. Staff are friendly and changed my room when I requested for one. Good breakfast too.

DenmarkWe went out and the door was closed when we left the room. But when we came back, our room door was opened, went to the first floor to find the manager, but the manager didn't see us, just asked another person to tell us to see if something was lost, and just tell them if something was lost. It's really ridiculous how poor the security is, the room door was opened by someone unknown. Fortunately, there were no valuables in the room.

The hotel is very nice and very well placed in Mariahilf Gurtel station (direct tram from the train station, 3 minutes to the metro and the tram station is exactly in front of the hotel). The room was cosy and had a beautifull view to the city. The staff was very friendly and they helped with everything we needed (extra pilloes, directions, etc)

RomaniaPoorely decorated small room even we booked the superior one. Noisy room, we could permanently hear the elevator and also the slamming doors very early in the morning. The reason I reviewed 2 out of 10 is becouse right before check out, at breakfast, an employee cleaning the tables droped some food on his shoe, cleaned his shoe with the cloth used for tables and then continued to clean the tables using the same cloth.
Location, close to all main attractions, subway, main train station and tram stations, even a hop on - hop off bus station. Good private parking at a decent price, 16 euro/day.

Breakfast room not enough in the bussy period, climatization system work all the time with noise and uncomfortable The only positiv things iare the position near to Mariahilfestreet and staff which try to compensate the obvious minuses We will never comeback here!

This hotel is very close to the West train station and to the large shopping street Mariahilfer, close to the metro station, also busses and tram stations nearby, or the bus for the airport. About the room, it was large enough for our family of 3. The best surprise was the included chromecast such allowed us to watch our favorite movies and series on the TV in the room. Breakfast had a large variety of products, good quality, everything fresh and tasty. We also used the restaurant in the evening and I highly recommend it.

RomaniaIt wasn't necessarily a big problem, but a mini fridge in the room would have been welcome - especially considering the temperatures over 30 degrees. But I understood that this is the policy of the IBIS chain.
It was the first time I stayed at IBIS Mariahilf, but it will definitely be a top choice on my next visit to Vienna. I chose this hotel for two reasons - the location and the parking, but it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and functionality. The extremely comfortable bed (one of the best hotel beds), the sufficiently varied and tasty breakfast, the friendly staff and the restaurant with tasty dishes and decent prices contributed to the rating given to this hotel. An unexpected bonus was the cast to TV application that allowed us to watch our favorite series on Netflix and HBO Max on the TV in the room.

AustriaThe noise from street traffic was really loud through closed windows on the 5th floor. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be (clipped fingernails on the floor and some hair in shower).
The location close to Westbahnhof and the Mariahilfer Straße was great. Room was generally nice and bed was comfortable.
