Cleaning service was very medicore (we didn't see much difrence in cleanllyness before and after the service and there was constatlly staffs lost hairs - in bed, on towels, in the shower; they didn't change used cups); staff at brekfast area was not very pleasent (constantly loorking at guests to make sure if there wasn't anyone who didn't have bought out brekfast); breakfast was fine, although everyday was pratcticly the same things to eat (in e.g. everyday was the same friuts - melons and fruit salad)

Very quiet (we didn't hear any sounds from neighbouring rooms); comfortable beds: kind and helpful staff at reception, good localisation (near to two metro lines), quiet neighbourhood

Air conditioning is apparently operating according to building rules and not under the temperature who wish to have in your room... under very hot days, the temperature remains relatively high despite the 15 C you target on the control panel... at the same time AC is running continuously ... Should be good to have an updated system using less energy and providing higher efficiency.

Hotel is located in a quiet area of Vienna and is very well connected to public transport: stations for line 1 & 2 of subway are lees than 5 minutes walk. At the same time, city center is only 20 minutes away and can be reach easily. The hotel is quiet and phonic isolation is well done. The room's size is decent as well as the bathroom that has been updated.

The isolation is not so good, so you hear people and children running down the hall. The staff doesn't have the first aid kit.

Some bed protectors were dirty and some were missing. Pretty narrow choice when it comes to the breakfast and it was almost exactly the same for the whole stay.

The room was very small and not as shown in the pictures. The wait for check in was too long. The parking costs 24 euros per day and is located a few blocks away, so if you forgot something in the car you have to walk there and back. There was very low water pressure so it was very difficult to shower. The mini bar was not cleared out from the previous tenants.

The staff is efficient and courteous. The location is outstanding.

The carpet and furniture weren’t properly cleaned from previous occupants. At one point I cut myself on a piece of glass that had most likely been under one of the chairs which I had moved. The reception were totally uninterested when I told them. It is the first time I have ever been injured by a poorly cleaned hotel room.

Breakfast was good. Sauna was ok though often turned off. Room was adequate. Beds were comfortable.

I was told that I have a parking place on site when I got to the hotel the reception told me the parking is full I will need to park in a different place and walk 5/7 minutes after arguing they gave me a different parking place 2 minutes walk. The rooms are very small the bed was dirty the shower wasn't working good. I had a very bad experience

The Bar was not patronised by guests to the extent it was expected. There was no sign of a kitchen and a cafe style venue for a snack for lunch etc.

Shower wasn't great, the holder wouldn't stay up. Aircon temperature couldn't be changed. Minibar and breakfast were ridiculously expensive.

We thought the food and drinks were a little expensive.

It was clean and friendly. Not a bad location if you don't mind a bit of a walk from centre. Close to train stations, restaurants and shops. The room we had on the ground floor was a little small with internal outlook but was available at our arrival of 11 am. The bathroom could do with an extractor fan but was very nice.

The room was very hot and the airco didn’t work properly so I had a few broken nights. Also the mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable. I think the hotel isn’t worth its 4 stars and kinda pricey too for what you get.

The location is pretty good. Public transportation is nearby and easy to reach to and from the city center of Vienna.

Checkin amd staff friendliness was terrible. I booked a twin room and had to move twice to have this accomplished. When I complained to staff they were rude and unhelpful. Room was aslo unclean and beds uncomfortable.
