Great location, very close to the centre but has a more residential feel with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Very comfortable room.

There are several stairs in the same level, so you have to carry your luggage to get to your room (had zero warning. The room was smaller vs the photos shown.

The location was great, it had several cafes, shops and restaurants around, and also a few kilometers from de historical center. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and the staff was nice.

The gym is very small and not well ventilated. Sauna heats the gym room that is located behind the wall. The ironing board is in the basement and looks disgusting with some huge brown spots. Room windows are facing the corridor and other rooms, so no privacy is available.

Very confortable hotel close to the metro station and supermarket and less than 20 minutes walk from Stephanplatz. The room had all facilities minibar electric kettle a large bathroom plush towels. The mattress was great and neighboroud is lively

Some areas of bathroom cleaning could be better (behind the mirror light strips very dusty). But otherwise well cleaned bathroom and bedroom.

Too hot in the rooms (to the extent we couldn't sleep at night) and only way to help that was opening the windows as room temperature is controlled centrally

THE ROOM WAS HOT AT NIGHT THE HEATING WAS OFF AS WAS THE AIR CON NOT NEEDED IN FEB WHEN I ASKED RECEPTION, YOU COULD NOT LEAVE THE PATIO DOOR OPEN IN THE ROOM AT NIGHT AS ALL ROOMS SHARE A BALCONY AND THERE IS NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM. MINOR ISSUE THOUGH ENJOYED OUR STAY

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ABOUT A 15MIN WALK TO STEPHENPLATZ SO CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS. CLOSE TO NESTROYPLATZ METRO STATION 5MIN WALK, USED CAT FROM THE AIRPORT AND UNDERGROUND TO HOTEL VERY EASY HOTEL MODERN AND ROOM CLEAN COMFY BED AND QUITE LOCATION SO GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. BREAKFAST LOTS OF VARIATION TYPICALLY CONTINENTAL AND PLENTY OF.
