The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Gave us lots of recommendations on what to do during our stay in Vienna. We did a night stay in Hallstatt in between and the staff were very helpful in storing our luggage while we were away. Good, quiet location - not directly in the busy centre, but close enough to a metro station that could take us there in a few stops. We preferred it this way. Room was nice and we always looked forward to returning to our accommodation at the end of a long day of exploring. Overall very pleasant experience - one of the best accommodations we have stayed in during our Euro trip!

Very well located self-service hotel with new, clean rooms. The public underground paid parking is 4 min walking away (safe). At arrival you have to create your own room cards in an automat machine, works very fast and intuitive. Bathrooms and towels very clean, all good!

Air con didn’t work so got a fan from reception, hit and miss with staff, they didn’t provide any information on anything, for example where to find our room - this would have been helpful as it turns out different lifts take you to different parts of the building as they’re split up… all very confusing.

Big room and lovely bathroom, both very modern. Sauna is lovely and clean, fitness suite is limited in equipment but feels spacious and again, very clean.

The room was too warm and we could not cool it enough with open windows/vents or the aircon blower (probably because it is right at the top of the hotel?). The plastic mattress cover was very uncomfortable and detracted from the large, comfortable bed. The roof window recesses and sloping ceiling were a bit of a hazard on one side of the bed. I'm not tall and almost hit my head a few times. The flimsy shower curtain didn't contain the spray. This was a massive bathroom with a lot of wasted space, so the shower cubicle could have been much bigger. The addition of a bidet would also be useful.

Lovely room on the top of the hotel. The street is not too busy, so it was quiet and peaceful, even later in the evening. Well thought out design with everything you would need for a short stay within the bedroom/lounge part. The location is ideal, with enough happening on your doorstep to entertain but within walking distance of much more. The nearby bus, tram and metro stops mean the whole city and beyond is easily accessible. Good advice from Reception on all the city had to offer and the travel passes they can provide are exactly the same as you would get at any transport office. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was, again, a well laid out breakfast room with a great selection of food and a very efficient and attentive team. We never felt any disadvantage whether we took breakfast early or late and the whole experience was very relaxed. There is a nice bar at the hotel for a nightcap or snack and they had a late happy hour. The Reception team was exceptional and they looked after our luggage until we left the city late in the evening. Late check out at Noon meant a relaxed last morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this part of town.

Hotel was really good. But the city... Metro rules. Even we bought whole day tickets, we got 150 euro fine because didn't registrate it on every way. No mercy. Everything is so expensive in the city, never come back here.

In a peaceful area of Vienna but still close to trams and trains, with some awesome cafes 5-10 minutes walk away. The hotel has a sauna and it was so so lovely to have a session at the end of a long day. Above everything, the staff were all so lovely, friendly, and helpful - I can’t say enough about them. When I come back to Vienna, this is where I will stay.

We didn't like the fact that our TP was folded, that is rather gross

Location is good! Sadly though I am disappointed that we did not notice that the hotel is 230m from the 'U-Bahn-Linie 2' (line U2). The staff was super courteous, pleasant and willing to help I upgraded the room because I saw that some of the other rooms had rugs in it, we really don't like having rugs in our rooms therefore we recommend one of the junior suites Breakfast was on-point!!! We really enjoyed it and it left no room to be desired

Breakfast was okay, there should be hard boiled eggs too, and trays for people to have plates. And there was sanitizer but ppl didn’t use it it should be mandatory to use it for all.
