Beautiful hotel with charming interiors. The bar and cafe are exceptionally elegant. The rooms were spacious and with great views over the park. The amenities by Byredo were lovely. We even bought a few from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

SwitzerlandPillows were a bit thin as was the duvet and I didn't have the enthusiasm to go and get better during my stay. The breakfast was good but the catering otherwise was limited. Nice looking Lebanese restaurant but the lobby bar and cafe areas filled quickly and it was impossible as a resident to enjoy an evening night cap or late coffee.

The location is great as it is in the city centre, close to all the main sightseeing locations (except Schonbrunn Palace). Probably the richest breakfast I have every seen, so many choices, they even have Japanese noodles and rice. Staff was friendly as well, and the room was pretty spacious.

CroatiaThe rooms are outdated, light from the hallway is visible underneath the room door throughout the whole night, the room door rattles if a window is opened due to 'draft', the minibar in the room was empty which is unheard of in a five star hotel, there is a shoeprint with a dead mosquito left on the ceiling. The garge is charged extra. Many cons for a five star hotel.
