The location of the hotel was amazing, right after taking the Metro, hotel is located at the center of the city. Stadtpark station is in front of the hotel. You could walk to the center and even the Belvedere Palace. You don't need to take public transportation nearly to anywhere. The breakfast was also very multicultural, stuff was so friendly. However... reception stuff is something else. From the moment we have entered the hotel, Dear Reka and the other lovely ladies at the reception was amazingly sweet, friendly. Also the gentelemens, expect the intern lady at the reception, they made our trip more and more great. Housekeeping stuff was also so helpful and friendly.

Hong Kongbathroom lighting and shower hot water switch did not fully function. hair dryer is out of order. the room sound insulation is poor.
hotel location is convenient. U4 line station just opposite to the hotel. The tram line is nearby. The old town still within walking distance, about 20 mins. staff at hotel is friendly and helpful.

This hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars maximum 4 !!! to expensive for this money you can get luxury hotel in Wien town center...all is extra charging parking cost 30 eur per day !!!! I'm very very disapointed on this hotel and next time in Wien I definately take other hotel !

Australia1) Air conditioning fan was too noisy and difficult to set on comfortable, stable temperature. This made sleep difficult. 2) Reception rang us at 21 minutes past midnight on the night before our departure & woke us from the first restful sleep we were hoping to get. It was a mistake wake up call from reception, we did not request a wake up call, reception apologised. We could not fall back asleep after that!
