Tea and coffee in the room would have been better. Wifi in room 16 was a bit weak.

Well situated a short walk from the old town. Big room and very nice breakfast. Honesty bar in the lounge also free tea and coffee there too. Good car parking facilities with a resverved space ready for us on arrival as was the room so we checked in 3 hours early before going to explore! Thank you.

Nothing worth complaining about.

Really nice, clean small hotel in a quiet street, although in close proximity of a larger road. We didn't hear any of our neighbours or the street at all. I can see why some reviewers said that the sidewalk is high and you have to be careful when getting into the parking lot but we were lucky to get a good spot behind the lower part. The price for parking is totally fine for Salzburg, it costs the same anywhere in the city's parking garages for a day. Would definitely stay here again!

The pillows were uncomfortable and the bed even thought it was big it was a little uncomfortable.

Nice location in a quiet area but within walking distance of the city centre. Room was nice and spacious and well presented. Warm (too warm at one bit so had to use the Aircon) and nice furnishings. The receptionist staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The TV is a bit old and not possible to connect to Netflix or other streaming platforms (only YouTube).

The parking is reservation only. You can park on the street cheaper. The room was nothing like the pictures - the furniture was old and the bed uncomfortable, very firm. The pillows were too firm as well. The weird thing was the sink in the middle of the room. Even though the room appeared clean, both of us got allergy episodes, probably from the dust in the mattress or pillows.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center which is nice. The breakfast room and lobby are very cozy and nice. The breakfast is ok, cold cuts but little variety.

The sink was in the middle of the room, and the toilet and the shower is in a glass cube in the room, it was unconfortable, especially at night.

The lady at the reception on the day of our arrival was rather rude.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, so it was quite perfect for two nights. The hotel is located in a nice area, only 10 minutes walk from the city center which we really enjoyed.

Our room was of good size, quiet and well-maintained. The gathering space in the cozy reception area was a welcome place to relax after a day of exploration.

The room was like loft. There were very low ceiling areas. My wife and I hit our heads more than a couple of times. Indeed it was very dangeouis.

The bed was quite firm. I found it hard on my 60+ year old hips. The wife didn't like the pillows. Owners and staff could use a bit of cheer.

A nice property overall. Room was spacious and clean. We were fortunate to have the only balcony, (room 111) which we used a few times (not for smoking). Nice little courtyard and reading lounge. We were able to use the kettle to make tea and Nescafe coffee (our own).We did not take breakfast but the room looked quite nice.

Further walk from the river than we thought. Pillows very thin and worn, and no extras were available.

In a quieter neighborhood. The De Weisse restaurant was walkable and one of the best on our trip!
