I believe the hotel could be slightly cleaner mainly n the common rooms given the fact it is not the cheapest option.

the bar is too small so we had to look for a nearby restaurant to wait for our check in time. the breakfast price is not according with the diversity of food in the buffet.

Sometimes there was a sewage smell coming form the pippes. After running some water it goes away.

Friendly staff, confortable bed and spacious/quiet room. Location is fine, 15 min walk to the river. Do recommend, would stay again.

Have an earlier check in. 3 PM is pretty late.

I loved my room! It was very clean and confortable. The location is great, we walked everywhere. I'm definetly coming back to the same hotel and asking for the same room in the near future. If I have something that could be better it's they have a 3 PM check in and thats pretty late. It would be great if they had an earlier one. But they did store our luggage for us. We had arrived at 11/12 AM.

A good location if you need to walk to the main areas but still need a place to park your car. They have limited parking spots but you can reserve one and they save it for you for your stay for a small parking fee. The breakfast was very good, even if you are gluten-free. The room was small but very clean.

The hotel is small and cozy, it has been renovated and the facilities are in perfect condition. Although it is not central, it is a 10 minute walk, it makes up for it with the rest of its qualities and above all with the price: it is much cheaper than other worse hotels.

It's a bit of a walk to the city centre:, at least a quarter of an hour. It is strange that the bed is not positioned with the bed end to the wall, but with one of the sides.

A little rough and severe welcome from the lady at the reception on the morning of departure.

Jedermann, a great introduction to the Salzburg festival. Everything was fine up to the pre-booked parking space for the car.

Front desk staff unfriendly & also breakfast staff..could use some training on how to be nice to customers when asking questions. Was charged more than the confirmation price I booked months in advance..receptionist very unfriendly when asked about price difference..I read this is common with Booking.com website..people said they always charge you more than price you booked it at.

Breakfast good variety but could have been fresher, cake, breads stale. Should have been 10 euros, not 15.

Nothing I didn`t like but we heard very well when people came to the neighboring rooms. Any how, it wasn`t any noise after midnight

It was a quite plain breakfast but everything was good and it felt like a breakfast at home. I missed scrambled eggs and some fresh fruits but the breakfast had what we need for an ordinary good breakfast
