Very accommodating, the staff are good 👍🏼 what I can recommend is that to have electric kettle in room and coffee mugs. Aside from this all good the breakfast is excellent 👍🏼

Problems with reservation. We’ve booked a room for 2 people but there was only one blanket and pillow in the room… it was impossible to ask for more because reception is closed after 9pm. We were also obligated to pay for breakfasts during check out when it was said earlier that breakfasts were included.

This is a lovely hotel with nicely sized rooms. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and kind! I wish I'd gotten her name to share it here, she made a very good impression. It's a walk to the main areas but we liked it, and we walked up to the fortress as well as all over town. The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed free coffee in the garden. Very lovely stay and would definitely go back!

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everything was perfect: from comfort to cleanliness in every details. Wonderfully equipped room. The bathroom has everything you need. Daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Convenient parking at the hotel. At the hotel you can drink coffee or tea in the living room and also have a glass of local wine. The hotel is located close to the Old Town: about 15 minutes walk.

Some hotel employee got inside my room with his card while I was in there, which made me so uncomfortable. They need to install a lock in the inside of the door to prevent this.

we stayed in one of the rooms that have direct access to the garden, the room was more spacious than we expected, very clean, with new furniture. The place was very quiet and we were able to relax and rest properly. Close to a few restaurants, supermarkets, and a 15 min walk to the city center. The bus to the airport was 5 minutes away.

we booked two rooms, normally they are ready from 3pm on, we got one room around noon, so we could leave our luggage there and leave for sightseeing

Our check in was very confusing as we arrived late and were told that our key would be waiting for us in a box with a pin code. We arrived around 11pm and opened the box with the pin but there was no key in there. There was a number to call with questions so we called that and somebody came to help us. Turned out a different guest had taken our key, but we had to visit 2 other rooms at 11.30pm to find this out. In the morning our bedroom door was also opened twice by mistake by people trying to come in. Other than this confusion, the place was nice.

Room and bathroom were both nice, although room is small.

Hotel room was very clean and staff was friendly. Was travelling as a family of four. Rooms reasonably sized and hotel also has a nice courtyard. Location is around 15 mins walk from old town - we didn't mind the walk.

Nice, clean and modern rooms. The hotel has paid outside parking and the parking spots have decent space for a normal car (we travelled in a compact hatchback). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a decent level of variety.

The staff. There's a short haired pissed off lady at the reception, who is angry at you just because you ask questions. There was a problem to print a business invoice ("I have a lot of people checking out, you should've told us at checkin!"), with coffee (There is a sign saying "Coffee to go", but the lady went "My shift is over soon, I'm not making coffee, there's a machine at the breakfast room!" When we tried to pay, her shift was already over again.. the tone was angry again...). Broken soap dispenser, where you had to hold the refill bottle in your hand and press awkwardly. Mattreaa - very soft and cheap. If one person moved, the whole bed would wiggle. No child bed. We specifically added a child of age <1, but there was a couch. 4 month old baby doesn't sleep on a couch and there was no way to borrow a bed. On booking we specifically filtered hotels for kids.

The location is ok, you can walk to the city and they have a 15€ parking. Breakfast was good.

the receptionist lady who welcomed us was really rude There was misunderstanding regarding the parking ( we were willing to pay parking slots, which was rejected however it wasn't full at all.
