The owner was very kind and helpful. Easy to talk to and made our stay very accommodating and wonderful. If I return to the area. I would love to stay again! The view was wonderful. Room was clean. Lovely bathroom and shower. Delicious breakfast in the morning.

We a had a lovely stay, room was comfortable with nice bed and amazing view from the balcony. It is situated in a beautiful quite place. Early check in and free private parking made our stay even better. It is a great hotel to stay at when you want to escape city noise and enjoy the beaty of Austrian nature

Absolutely nothing!

We stayed 100% satisfied with our stay at Jeff's - Rooms. The room provided to us was comfortable, warm and cozy! The hosts hospitable and always at our disposal to satisfy every wish that we had. The breakfast was delicious and quite rich in content. We were also provided with a free parking spot on site for our car. We highly recommend staying at Jeff's - Rooms if you are planning to visit Hallstatt given that it is only a 20mins drive away.

Driving the car into the property was a bit nerve-wrecking because at a point the road becomes very narrow. I was worried about scratching the rental car's mags, but just took it slowly.

We met Jeff and staff who were very friendly. We were late for check-in and they made a plan for us to get in. Breakfast was good, good machine coffee. The room was comfortable. We just didn't know where the light switch was outside the room but figured it out.

Specious, light and spotless clean room, located in a wonderful place. Many groceries, clothing and ski equipment shops are available in close proximity. The Staff were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place

Jeffs was a cute little hotel, when we arrived the doors were closed so I called the owner. Turns out I just missed the email that was sent with instructions on where the keys were and we could let ourselves in. We were the only ones there for that night but they still offered to make breakfast for us if we needed it and were super nice. The room is cozy and we had a great view of the mountains from our balcony. In the room is a folder with a lot of info on the hotel and restaurants, hikes, sights, etc that are around which was nice. You could technically walk into town or to a close supermarket, but it was so cold so we drove into town to get some food.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, we are used to sleep on more firm beds, but the pillows were good. The shower was leaking a bit, so the floor got wet after every showering, not too much but it needs fixing. The bathroom was quite tiny, for us it was okay, but it could be a bit uncomfy for a longer stay.

Jeff was a fabulous host, we had a very good communication with him since the beginning. The house is nice and welcoming with modern touches, all decorated for Christmas. Really lovely. The breakfast was amazing, very good quality ingredients, we really enjoyed it on both days. Jeff was very helpful in every ways and we had a very nice experience staying here. The room and bathroom wasn't too big, but it was enough for us for 2 nights. It was amazing that we got slippers for the room :) very useful especially during winter. We had a balcony and a beautiful view which we loved.

Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Small selection of breakfast but it was excellent! Location was very peaceful.

Newly renovated hotel, rooms with balcony and great views of the mountains. Hotel is located in a quiet area off the main road, but still within a short walk of the train station, there is also a big EuroSpar very close, where there are also buses to Hallstat and Gosau. Owner is very friendly.

The accommodation was beautiful, with a beautiful view. Very relaxing and peaceful. Jeff was great to communicate with. He made us feel very welcome and at home. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was great! Jeff went above and beyond with fresh juices to order, and eggs and bacon, our way, fresh to order. We will definitely be back!

Jeff is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and showed us best places in the city (and around) to explore. He really care about the guests and pay attention in all details to provide us the best experience to them. The guesthouse is so beautiful and so much cozy, that makes we feel like at home. Would be better if you have a kettle in the room to make some hot drinks, esp during winter season. I am not a big fan of the big and flat pillows. Twice the size of regular pillow, but half the thickness.

The view is really nice, even when the day is foggy and you can't see much. The property itself looks nice.

Everything.... Maybe some of you never had the experience what i had. So basically everything was perfectly top notch. The owner Jeff i salute him on a daily basis i was staying there for 2 nights but the second day i was stuck in a snow while dropping my clients back to there hotel. I informed Jeff about the situation he helped me alot calling for me Taxies. And were so nice with me until i back to hotel He didn't even charged me my second day of breakfast how cool this guy. I appreciate his good gesture See you again Jeff 🙏😊
