Everything, the hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. Also loved the bar where the cocktails were amazing and despite it being packed out the service was excellent and very prompt.

The room I stayed in (Room 408) opened right into the bathroom which was odd architecture. I also could not easily control the heating. Also the lighting was a bit low at night (more for mood lighting than actual illumination).

The staff is TOP TIER. Attentive, responsive and kind. They gave me a cake dessert for my birthday and a free bottle of wine. The location is amazing. It is off the high street with all the major global retail shops but also the museum quarter (walking distance to Albertina for example) and right off the subway. There is also an amazing bar right in the building. Design / decor is outstanding!

The light system on the room was awkward. When turn off all electrical outlets were off so I couldn’t charge my cellular phone at night No tv in the room

Mattress was super confortable The staff was super nice and helpful Including the valet guy who stored my luggage for a few hours after check out The breakfast unlimited until 12 pm was very convenient

1 x bar staff was a little moody. But in Vienna this is to be expected! Coffee machine does not require a barrister, so the coffee arrived lukewarm warm

I had the best holiday week at this wonderful hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. A special mention goes to Milija, who took care of breakfast every morning with such kindness and professionalism. The selection was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented—but it was Milija’s attentive and friendly service that made each morning truly special. The staff as a whole were incredibly accommodating, always ensuring that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at the hotel. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for making my stay so memorable—I will definitely be returning.

A peculiar bathroom door design – a transparent sliding door that serves as both the shower door and the toilet door, depending on its position. There is absolutely no privacy. 🤷‍♀️

Everything was wonderful: the location near the shopping street yet in a quiet area, the southern-style bar open late, the stylish room decor, and the great design. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

We had a early check-out and the hotel offered a great breakfast kit for us to take along. Even they sent our postcard. Very kind! When we entered the room the radio with classic music was on, we loved it.

We had a spectacular time at hotel Josefine! We couldn't have picked a better hotel to cellebrate our anniversary in! The staff were extremely helpful and kind, the hotel is just stunning and the breakfast is delicious, with many vegan options. The hotel is located perfectly, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. We chose this hotel due to it's beautiful design and it exceeded our expectations. We will surely be back next time we're in Vienna, thank you so much for making our stay special!

I cannot think of one single thing to mention that I did not like.

From arrival to departure was really just a great experience. Breakfast was amazing and served/dished in a 5-star manner- just be sure to book your time slot. The decor has been so well thought out and adds to the luxurious feel and theme of the hotel. You cannot ask for a better location, as it is literally a one-minute walk to the main road yet still quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle. This is definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in.
