The Front Office Manager to sweet Leyla at the front desk were exceptional. All the staff were so helpful in many ways. The breakfast was just delicious with homemade pastries and wonderful cheeses, eggs, sausage etc. too much more to mention. Having been in the hotel business myself for close to twenty years I have never witnessed such sincere staff. The hotel manager is great as well. Book your reservations early as they are always full. You're going to love it!

Room tended to be too warm as it was on the top floor with window towards the sky. The blinds helped keep the heat down during the day and dark in the mornings, but we could only open one window with the automatic opener. And the window had to be closed if we wanted to have the blinds down; we could not regulate the blinds so that they only closed part way.

We know the area so the room and location were great. Nice bed and room in a Klimt style with appropriate closet space. Nice shower that was not cramped.

The hotel is amazing. Check in was smooth and fast, the staff was helpful and friendly and extremely professional. Breakfast has a wide choice of products, everything is fresh and tasty and it is open till 12:00 which allows lazy relaxed mornings. The room is nice and has all the amenities which you might need.

It is a wonderful hotel!! Location, room, bed very comfortable. Clean, interior beautiful. Location convenient. Right behind the parliament and everything is super close and convenient. Separately worth mentioning the staff. Very friendly and attentive. I left my wallet and they sent it to me without any problems. My husband had a birthday and they congratulated us very nicely and treated us with wine. If you want to enjoy your vacation, I would definitely recommend it.

I wasn't counting on staying in a room without a view, and it wasn't as beautiful as in the pictures. The room was okay for two people in terms of size but very hot, even with the heating turned off. We had to have open windows the entire time - in March! In fact, the whole hotel had an extremely high temperature the entire time, which made it a bit uncomfortable to be in.

The breakfast was delicious, and there were a lot of varieties of bread. The staff was very friendly, especially Yuri. The location is great, in a quiet area with easy access to the city centre and transportation. The shower was big, and everything was clean and presentable.

Perfect location. 10 minutes walk from the Leopold museum. Near tons of excellent restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation. Far enough from the center of the city (touristic hell). The staff were super nice and helpful about everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was surprisingly big (we chose the smallest option). The heating was a bit much (like most of Vienna indoors), but we cracked open a window and it was fine. Also, there's a really nice optional breakfast. I wholeheartedly recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Clean and intimate. Great location. Central to many attractions including the town centre. Excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly. The room was not on the level of the elevator, so for people with luggage, it's an issue. And it was also straight under the roof. Therefore, being small, it felt even smaller due to the descending ceiling.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! This is truly an exceptional hotel, offering a fantastic location and first-class service. The location is perfect—right next to tram line 2 and all the major museums, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet, with no street noise to disturb your peace. The cleanliness and attention to detail in both the rooms and facilities are second to none, and everything is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The variety was incredible, and everything was incredibly fresh. The selection included a wide range of cheeses, delectable sweets, fresh honeycomb, freshly squeezed orange juice—definitely the best I’ve had, and so much more. The little touches, like complimentary champagne, really set the experience apart and made it feel extra special. What truly stood out, however, was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They were always incredibly helpful, cheerful, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed.
