The room was rather small. The fridge in the room was not really working (being summer the fridge was a must for keeping some medicines, but the personnel was very kind and every evening they put in the freezer my reusable ice bag). There are works in front of the building. Our room was on the other side, so there was no disturbing noise. I received a message informing us about this one day before we arrived (when the booking was already paid), but the message was only in German and we do not speak German.

Good location - near the City-hall building. The hotel is in a beautiful building with a very nice interior courtyard. Excellent breakfast - many choices, including products for people with dietary restrictions. Close to many public transportation lines.

Internet connection could be better in rooms. One room had a sewage smell inside bathroom.

The location is very nice with nice area around the hotel and with lots of option to explore around (with good connections to public transport). Rooms were good and staff was really friendly and helpful, especially because we had trouble reaching the hotel due to construction which takes place in front of it.

We were given a room on the ground floor, facing the courtyard- not much privacy due to the other guests enjoying the good weather by the outside tables, so our curtains had to stay shut most of our stay. Also, a few bugs/centipedes were found on the bedroom floor, they probably need to check on that…

In my opinion, they have to improve some things in the bathroom. The bath is too high, there is no any handle to hold on , and there is no curtain to prevent water from pouring onto the floor. This makes bathing unsafe.

We have chosen this hotel by chance, but it has exceeded our expectations! In this hotel one is immersed in the atmosphere of the end of 19-th/beginning of 20-th century. The entire interior is stylish and very beautiful! The staff is always smiling and ready to help! It was so nice that we could get our room at 10 am, and that they have given us the option for late check-out! The rooms are clean! The mattress and pillows are super comfy! And the breakfast was really wonderful: delicious and various!

The hotel is good. has good facilities. The hotel's problem now during the summer holidays is just the construction in front. we woke up at 7:18 am with the machines on the street. The works are not part of the hotel, but they are in front of the rooms.

Welcoming staff, great location in a quiet street but close to central attractions on foot or by tram which stops very close by. Not far to walk to the nearest UBahn station either. There were some works going on in the street at the front of the hotel, but it was only in the day and not at the weekend so there was no disturbance at all and the workers were considerate when people walk by. Would definitely stay here again.

Situation perfect, close to many of the important sites to visit with metro and trams close by. The staff were very professional. Breakfast was very good, the hotel does not have a restaurant but plenty of choice within five or ten minutes of the hotel. We stayed three nights before taking the train to Salzburg and a further night on our return to Vienna. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing in my opinion.

The room was the nicest place I ever stayed in, with a huge bedroom with sitting area and desk. Plus a large bathroom and even a kitchen, which we didn't use with all the food available. Ideal location right near the ringstrasse. A/C too. Breakfast looked great, but we are not big breakfast eaters so skipped that optional addition.
