I think the bathroom was a little small, also the towels could have been larger. Other than that excellent stay.

The host was very accommodating, with helpful advice for planning. The location is great - just a 15 min walk to the city center. The shower pressure was very good and the beds were very comfortable.

Such a great location for our family stay in Vienna. A very comfortable and welcoming home for four nights.

Nothing. Although the room we stayed in was on the main street and as it was warm, we kept the windows open all night. To some, the traffic noise may be an issue (there's a bus stop right outside the window with buses there pretty constantly) but it didn't bother us at all. But for us, the bed was so comfy and we were so tired from exploring, that we slept soundly every night. It may be hard for light sleepers but we didn't have a problem with it.

We stayed here in late May and were so pleasantly surprised with it. It was very cheap, considering the location and was a couple of minutes walk to the high street/bars/shops. The room was large and clean. It had huge windows which could open slightly, or all of the way. The lady who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly and the check in process was great. 10/10. We loved staying here and will return again if we come to Vienna again.

We would have preferred a single mattress queen or full size bed. But what we had was lovely.

Great hostess/manager gave us ideas about what to see and do. And she got us a cab at 6:30 am for the trip to the airport.

The listing said there was a washing machine and kitchen facilities, but after moving in, I found out there was no kitchen. I was told the information was wrong, and I also have to pay €19 each time to use the washing machine. These false details have been on the listing for a long time, which feels misleading.

- Aircondition costs extra - Pillow is small (maybe add an extra) Was specifically filtering for properties with air condition, but learned on arrival they charge eight euros per day for air condition. Price is nowhere listed on booking.com or on homepage. As you need air condition with 30 degrees plus in Vienna i do not think it is fair. Maybe my rating is also not fair, but the only way to warn other guests!

Using the A/C was additional cost. We opted to open the windows instead. Bad idea. The bus stops right in front of our window every 8-10 minutes, lots of traffic and noise.

The walls aren't soundproof (but we were lucky having no noise neighbors) The bathroom is a little bit outdated and the showerhead is located to low (so you have to hold it for washing your head).

Ran out of hot water on our last day of stay - pretty annoying. I did let the staff know my ETA arrival time with enough anticipation, yet when we arrived for check in the room was not ready - they did not have a guest loo on site.

Just 10 min away from Naschmarket, conveniently located. Good sized room located in a quiet street yet close to the centre. Beds were comfy, everything was clean.
