The only thing that bothered us is the smell of the food. We were on the 2nd floor and around at 7pm we noticed the smell of food which must've come from the kitchen. We had to leave the windows wide open throughout the night to air the room. Other than that everything was great.

Nice hotel at a good location. Room was clean and warm. The hotel itself is not big but nicely furbished.

Bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. But the rest of the room facilities were good.

Staff were super friendly and the location was ideal. Had views of the lake and the hotel had a bar and restaurant that was always lively.

We had the deluxe room with balcony. The balcony was quite tiny, at max room for two chairs. The barrier to the next room was not that good, so the neighbors could spy on you. The view was also no good, as you could only see the main village square, which is nothing like in an old town of a big city. You could spot the nearby mountains in the distance but the square sort of spoiled the sensation. The hotel is not next to water as suggested in the picture. It is however only a one minute walk away. The main road which led in the city center passes the hotel. So bin-, delivery and other truck noises during the day. The name of the hotel suggests it, the hotel is next to a church. So lots of bell sounds. Every 15 minutes one bang. Plus more bangs to the full hour and special occasions. The hotel's restaurant was by our feeling the most popular in this village. Every evening was well visited. No fridge in the room.

Deluxe room= spacious bed room. However the room was only three quarters usable as the ceiling was diagonal due to the roof. Big wardrobe. Breakfast was big and varied. Lovely wooden room interior. Lady replenishing Buffet in Dirndl dress. Pet cleaning fee for the room either 10 or 15€/night, I cannot remember. No treats or other services for the pet however. Restaurant dinner food was ok, but not great. Staff was kind, even though usually quite busy.

The drain sink at the bathroom goes down really slow. I forgot to tell the reception when checkout.

Almost nothing. That is exactly what we have expected, beside the tax for small dog we have still 30€ but it seems regular price.

The hotel is real value for money, room is comfortable, st. WOLFGANGSEE is just across the road and restaurant has tasty food. Private parking is included. Staff is very friendly. You can buy tickets to the ship on WOLFGANGSEE. We had room with Lakeview.

Spacious room with ample storage space. Our room had a dual aspect which was great. There was a sofa and table and two chairs which was appreciated. We loved the view from the balcony; just right on a warm evening.

They could do better by providing washcloths, some toiletries and better towels. There is no air conditioning.

Cozy room that had the basic amenities. Nothing special tough. Breakfast was fantastic!!! It was very convenient to have a full-service restaurant in the building. The property has private parking only a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

1) No one was at reception when you arrive so need to call them and pick up keys by yourself, not a bad option but just for info 2) Charging money for being dog friendly without providing ground rules like plates for a dog in a room 3) breakfast is a bit poor

the hotel is pet friendly this is nice but the barking of dogs that are guests in other rooms in the morning provided an unpleasant wake up
