HungaryThe shower was leaking water, as the door was not closing fully and water spilled out into the bathroom, but it was not a huge issue.
Towels, cleaning stuff and everything else was prepared for us with bath robs and slippers as well! The lady in the office was extremely helpful too!

RomaniaThe twin beds used by the children were stuck in a corner, very narrow with no light and very low, inclinated ceiling, that looked like a cave. In the first night, my daughter hit her head when getting out of bed!!!. We had to walk keeping our heads down in some parts of the appartment... I consider that appartment can accomodate only 2 persons, not 4! I think the odd twin beds placing should have been communicated to us, like a warning, before booking that appartment!
The location was very nice, beautiful view. The room size was ok. I appreciated the attention to details, the way the appartment was decorated.

Czech RepublicDespite the mutual agreement with the provider of accomodation (ALPIN RENTAL) they dont fulfilled its commitment to takeover the apartment with agreed time. We had to wait for them almost one hour and we lost /wasted 1/3 of our ski pass for 4 members family. No apologize from them and no any reaction on my letter I sent them. GLobally, the their system that you need to give them 300EUR deposit IN CASH iduring the ckeck in s really obsolete and non clients oriented. Becasue you must need to wait for them on check out (the apartment is approx 10 minut by car from the reception). They are dont motivated to be there on time. I had to alert them 3 times … I can not imagine that we will travel by the plane (where you must be on time) after check out. We are travelling a lot and everywhere where is used by the hotrel/apartments deposits it is done by credit card blocking - it is standard approach. Moreover during the last night big noise from alarm on main enrance - unfortunatelly next to our bedroom. Despite the accomodation was normal the approach was really really bad (incl 300 EUR cash deposit)

Saudi ArabiaI dont like how far the office from the main building. Dont’t like how they insist to take the deposit in cash no other way. And it’s too much to ask for a deposit 300€. I dont like how bad they have maintenance check routiney. Because the apartments needs some maintenance work. batheroom shower has some leaking it doesn’t work well. Also the bathroom door is broken and the door could not be locked. I told them about all the issues in the APT.and maintenance guy come and left without doing nothing. I don’t like how are the bed layout with short distance ceiling it’s likely to hit your head easily and its not safe for children cuse it could injure them. Also the WIFI is very weak and it cuts from now and then it’s not stabilized. Also some of their staff need to learn some work professionalism. And need to learn how and when to be flexible and understanding. One more thing. A lot of bugs have found in the apartment. They need to use Insecticide to the apartment.
Location and very nice sofa and all kitchen utilities are good and have options. The view is remarkable.

PolandTravelling all ober the world never happend before tat I was asked to pay deposit in cash (300 Euros) for 3 nights. And I have discvered it is not usual for the Alip Rentals as well - I have called the information on the last day and the lady was super surprised that Kaprun location is requering to the deposit in cash... Specially when you book via Booking.com, you are advanced member of the booking.com community and all details, including credit card details are delivered to the agency. While checking in I have noticed, that others guests were surprised as well. On the day of departure the lady from the reception just checkt if the washing maschine is still on the sam place in the bathroom (omg... really??) and she gave us the envelope back. 2 of 3 avaliable windows can't be open, to let some freh air you can open the door to loggia with the internal yard "view", actually we could see only other people's room trough the windows ;) Regarding the last day: the check out is 8-10:00 am, you will receive even a message, that check out after 10am, you will be charged autimaticly 150 Euros. We wanted to leave pretty early, so we agreed with the reception lady on 8am. Well, we had to call Alpin Rentals 3 times, as the lade didn't show up. She came late after beeing chased, the ony word she said during the check out was: sorry.
The apartament is big, there is enough place for 4plp family, very big bathroom. Location is also an advantage - 10 min walking distance to the main square.

There are insects, cockroaches and spiders. The price of the apartment is very exaggerated. I asked for a late checkout, Jake, where the delay was fined 210 EUR. The check-out hour was 1:45 in the afternoon and I noticed that they were exploited and when talking to the hotel manager It was an improper style. I would recommend that there are many better hotels than this and the prices are reasonable
