Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LithuaniaI book the room with private bathroom. They write: "his single room includes a private bathroom". The bathroom was in corridor... The bathroom had no mirror, hooks on the wall to hang clothes, it was unheated. Room was clean, but very poor. Bad light in the room, it was dark, near mirror no light. Breakfast very bad. I am sorry, in Austria, in such a wonderful country, such a bad, very kitschy hotel...

LithuaniaBar smells sweat. Came in room was no bedding present, came back to reception, brought some, but still was missing pillow so broght own from car. We had some dinner and tried to pay for it. Girl didn't speak English, so she decided not to take payment. Waited 15mins by the till then walked up in the room and paid in the morning. Locals tried to chat with my Mrs, followed up to the car. Not nice behaviour but not bar's fault. Just locals which very well known by barmen as they chatted a lot. After that incident they spoke in German and was about us and laughed loud. I know only few words in German so avoid problems I left restaurant/bar early.
Receptionist was polite tried to help as as much as possible. By mistake we ordered 2 rooms so he managed to solve it. That's a good bit. But that's booking platform mistake. We travel with 6 years old kid( means 3rd person so they automatically added 2nd room for her)
